Kicking the plastic tape recorder on the Elektron Syntakt

Different hands at the controls, sounds coming from another creative mind involved with the label.

It’s indeed a sound full of interesting harmonics that responds well to deep modulation. Tried to combine it with other sounds but eventually I fell in love with its sticky-warm-chewy acid kind of sound and left it alone. I played it through my 4-track tape recorder preamp and it glued with it. Loved the way the sound was saturated.
It took me days to get here though. Plastic is tough. Am I missing the performance possibilities on the Rytm? Obviously yes. But for such an interactive sound, I didn’t need much to mess about.

Not yet no. I see there have been loads of updates of that software actually.
