I purchased this unit (on Amazon) for my SeaRay. I made one call to Gary (his phone number is molded in to the unit!) and he answered the phone himself. He was very easy to speak with, very polite and answered my questions completely. I am a satisfied customer and was not asked to post nor compensated in any way for this review. The product probably works as described. When I called them, no one calls you back. When I tried to purchase these for our two boats, you have to enable cookies to complete their order. Why would I allow them to look in my computer to see what I browse ? What does my browsing have to do with purchasing this product. I would not allow them to put s camera or microphone in my house to spy on us ..... so why would I allow them to look into my computer !
