How do Parisians Style their Vintage Finds? (7 Looks) | LE STREET STYLE #7 | Vogue France
- This is the seventh episode of the Street Style series, in which inspiring personalities from the fashion world analyze and decipher the best street style looks for Vogue. It's Louise Parent's turn, French journalist and fashion consultant, to analyze for Vogue France the looks she spotted in the streets of Paris. As Louise Parent says: "Your style is your difference and your difference is your style". In this episode, each person asserts his or her style and uniqueness with flamboyance: Camille, 22, displays a 70's look right down to the tip of her boots. This American, matching-look with his dog, who found on Ebay a Supreme belt, Martine Rose moccasins, and a hard-metal collector tee-shirt. Or this young man on his way to his tea ceremony class, dressed in a sublime traditional Japanese outfit. So many looks and silhouettes as sources of inspiration.

I love how well this contrasts with "how much is your outfit worth" over on US Vogue, where each one was more expensive than another and the whole vibe kept getting sadder by a minute
so glad someone else noticed this comparison
Even the American guy kept talking about the price of his clothes
so well summed up XD
@@phosphenevision no he didn’t. He only mentioned that he got the shirt for less that the usual price
i would have loved if they tagged the people"s instagrams or socials cuz sometimes u find someone soo stylish that u want to see more of them
Look in the description of the video, they sometimes do! :)
@@oda_margrethe thaaanks i didnt notice
Can not understand 😢😢😢😢😢
Que des idoles!
Jusque dans les commentaries :)
Have @Loic do one of these! ❤️
Bring her back she's great. GREAT SERIES VOGUE FRANCE please do it in other countries as well!!!
This series is so good. You get amazing commentators every time who all have an amazing eye with interesting observations, and a wonderful selection of people too.
The fact that you featured "Traditional Clothing" speaks volumes. Thank you for the representation!
Loved her commentary and all the looks!
I love that we saw Margiela tabi boots and traditional tabi shoes in the same video
This was one of the best comentators! Would love to see her again in another video!
Second guy outfit was sick, martine rose loafer is awesome
The best episode I've seen yet Bravo.
I love this series so much!
I love this series so much, it’s so interesting and fun to watch! I love the commentator to, she’s great! 💞✨
I love seeing people with different styles.
More Louise Parent please Vogue!!
Not always aesthetically pleasing, but definitely eccentric!
J’adore merci
❤ love this
Amazing 🤩
J’adore 😍
Wow l'outfit de la première femme !
Super vidéo
Louise est géniale
j'adore le street style séries 🤍🤍🤍
Tout cela est merveilleux. Louise, don't overlook how perfect your purse is, and I've noticed in other pics of you your own great style and again, marvelous purses, and I'm a man who doesn't carry purses.
I wish Aurel had commented on his belt, I'm envious. Further, I agree, I'd like to join you both for tea ceremony class. I'd like to recommend the book Wabi Sabi for Artists, Designers, Poets & Philosophers by Leonard Koren. The attention to 17th century tea ceremony and it's effects on style, Louise, you'd enjoy I have no doubt. Ciao.
Wow! Kimono
3:45 with that bag and the shoes is the coolest look for sure
Oh j’adore
super!
Look #4 this girl is so beautiful mama Mia! 😭
amazing
J’adore les vetements!!!
I clicked on the video to see the kimono look ✨
Tres bien
😍😍😍😍
Interessant.
Vogue, merci. Like Vogue.
0:23 nice boots , 4:07 nice one, extraordinaire 8:10
🌷Every year and you are good, fine and healthy
DdR..., the inspiración....
😍😍👍
New street style video uploaded, let me know what you think
La tenue japonaise j’adore
👍👍👍👍👍
They like their Levi’s over there. I don’t see many people in Levi’s in the US anymore
Where are you? The Levi's store is always crowded.

The city of fashion show, just like catwalk everywhere. I remember that time, everyone just look at us like stranger or weird fashion like poor but i don't care at all
#4, #7
those aren't Parisians, maybe only those two girls at the beginning
Nobody seems to have noticed that
I love all the styles!
But thrifting is not a millennial or z generation thing… come one! people have always rummaged in vintage and 2✋shops experimenting with their individuality and styles!
Now since it’s „urgent“ and the whole fashion industry is more transparent, there’s more valuation for the thrifted styles even from companies like Vogue.
Thrifting shops are not that common in France, at least not as much as it seems to be in the US/UK, the thrifting culture is fairly new here.
Not le t-shirt cradle of filth aussi cher
get over yourself
No one is wearing pajamas?
Mais non😭
No on the pants.
NO!! baby 😍 on the High Street (baby talk) check payments 🍟 and should it be as cheap as chips#
Spag bol
Ageist.
Elle dit rien d'intéressant
T'as remarqué aussi ? Le vide abyssal.
6:59 those shoes are ugly.
Dommage.
I need the margiela guy’s Instagram account 😍
Socks in sandals is not a dilemma here, it is the traditional way of wearing these sandals
Maybe I am too sensitive, but Parent's comment on the zori gave me a feeling of the Japanese traditional style/ culture being judged.
