Ben, when you review a laptop, you really review a laptop. When i look at you going over a laptop, man i don't have to go out and see that laptop in person to know exactly what i'm getting. Watch you and then buy with confidence.
I've been watching your reviews and I learn from them. Thank you for that. I do think that you should stop using the same clip for the camera sample of the P16. I think the color of your shirt on that video video affects the viewers opinion of the camera quality. At least record a new video with the same shirt (except the yellow one, I think it's too bright) when comparing the cameras. Looking forward for better video quality. Hey, I'm rooting for you.
Both are great laptops! The only thing I would not agree with is tagging the Zenbook S as 'budget friendly'. It makes the Zenbook S seem like it's a budget laptop, which it's not.
Asus Zenbook S 16 is great with Arch Linux + KDE Plasma (Dec 21 2024). A month ago, it was not. I reinstalled (not resetting) Windows 11 and I was screwed even though after all the updates was installed: sometimes the screen was frozen and the only way to get out of it is pressing the power button for 5 secs.
Thinking of buying an asus tuf a16 from 2023. With a ryzen 7 7735H and the rx 7700s. I've looking all over your channel, but couldn't find benchmarks for soildworks on it. Will the rx 7700s do well for soildworks and what gpus is it in between performance wise?
Is anyone else having issues with the P16 proart? every time it updates, i get a BSOD and have to reflash a bios. And on battery, Davinci is quite jerky
Question 101: How to avoid proart tax (features that not that superior and 90% of people don't need those) Product + Asus tax + pro art tax + vat Congratulations now you pay about double the price 😂

I was just deciding between these 2. Thanks for the video

Super stoked my reviews provide that insight to you! Thanks for commenting.

True but if your looking at even getting a p16 the Zenbooks price is definitely "budget friendly"
I think the ASUS TUF Gaming A14 (2024) is a more appropriate comparison here, as it has a dedicated GPU, the RTX 4060.
Not with how ugly it looks
The 60hz on The proart is the only main throw back

Which would be best for intensive electronic music production and mixing / mastering ?
Proart
I can’t find a 2-1 laptop with dedicated gpu except studio 2 surface book and it is heavy and way too pricey.
The benchmarks aren’t helpful when you’re comparing them to 14” laptops - can you show the charts for Photoshop against the Zephyrus G16 and XPS 16?
Why don't you review zenbook s14 OLED
Additiona of make these devices better.

No but I just started it 2 days ago. No problems so far except no num pad :[
