How long does these probes last ?

Not a stupid question. The unit lasted all season (4 months or more) without issue. I disassembled the hydroponics since we moved to another property so I cannot speak to longevity or reliability over a longer time frame. I am in process of rebuilding an aquaponics system and I plan to use this unit again. I will let you know if it remains functional. *** Jago, please refrain from editorial comments on my videos unless asked otherwise. I have one of these, does the PPM have to be calibrated? I see it has a calibration screw but it doesn't seem to do anything

+Matt Willis Based on other Tri-Meters, yes, you should be able to calibrate the PPM. You have to use a 1000PPM calibration solution, then calibrate it essentially the same way you do for PH.
