- For this mini I used Kraft cardstock for the base and decorative paper from The Butterfly Garden Stack by DCWV. I used a corrugated card from recollections for my cover, and I backed them with a piece of file folder to give it more stability.
Covers; Cut @ 3 1/2 x 4 1/2
File folder backing; 3 1/4 x 4 1/4
Pocket pages; 4 1/4 x 6 1/2 Score @ 1/2", 3 3/4" on 4 1/4" side
score @ 4 1/2 on the 6 1/2" side
Mat the packet page; 3 x 2, 3 x 2 1/2"
Cut ;1 x 3" to seal the bottom, score @ 1/2" on 1" side
3 1/8 x 4 1/8 to make the back pocket
Large tag; 4 1/4 x 2 3/4" Mat is; 4 x 2 1/2"
Small tag; 3 1/4 x 2 1/2" Mat is; 3 x 2 1/4"
Pages; 3 1/4 x 4 1/4", Mat; 3 x 4"
I used the 3/4" binding wire and my bind it all to bind the book.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment. Enjoy and Thanks For Watching, Sara
Hi! Here I am in 2021 learning how to use my Bind-it-All machine with your adorable project. I purchased my Bind-it-All years ago and never used it. I decided it was about time. I made your adorable little book and it came out great! Thank you!

Love them! Thanks for including the measurements in the information section of the vids. It's very helpful. I copy and paste them into a document to print and save. I used your Kathy Orta mini album tutorial to make my very first mini albums. Having recently learned about the Bind It All and was wondering if I could bind the Orto method albums that way. Then I stumbled across this vid! Thanks so much! Jersey girls ROCK!

Great tutorial, thanks Sara.
A cinch or bia is next on my wishlist to get so I can make minis because if i have to bind it with hinges, forget it lol it's really hard for me.
Christy
craftEcreationz Hi Christy. It really gives the minis a professional look too. TFW, Sara
Thank you. I’I just ordered a bind it all. The cinch and I don’t seem to work out. Always something.
Hi Sara!!! Such a cute idea and great use of paper with no waste! I do have a question though, how heavy is your card stock, I'm thinking 60-65lb but??? Thanks so much I'm kind of nervous about using my bind it all!!
They're so cute
Thank you so much for sharing this tutorial. I love your style and the simplicity you keep while making something absolutely fabulous! I'm new to paper crafting and many of the tutorials are overwhelming. This I know I can do and feel so excited to try! Your fabric cluster was not overboard it was perfect! I don't know if it's appropriate to ask but can you share how much you charge for some of your items at the craft shows. I have absolutely no idea what the right price for this or anything would be. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful talents. God Bless,
Pat
patrap Hi Pat, I am so glad you like my tutorial. Thank you so much. I am thinking I will post a video showing some of the items I am going top sell at my craft show. I hate the pricing part myself. I painted for years and I never expected to get the value of all the work I put in, I just am glad that someone likes it. If I make a little cash to buy some more crafty stuff I am happy. I think those little books will be 5$ - 7$. Thanks again Pat, Sara
Love the tutorial. Where did you buy that beautiful paper
Great tutorial~ cu-uute books....
tfs
~~MarieMac~~
i just brought the mini cinch the binding wires are 1/2 in ..what will the measurements be for my mini album? tfs
Thank-you for the great video! I'm looking for a craft to do, and sell at craft shows. I'v never done any thing like this. I love the little books. Do you fine they sell good. Thanks again your great!!
Sandy VanStedum Hi Sandy, I actually just had a show on Nov. 2 and I don't think I sold any. Very disappointing. Maybe next year. You never know, just because I like them and they are fun to make doesn't mean they will sell. Anyway, TFW, Sara
Thanks for your answer. I love them making them for Christmas gifts for sure!! thanks again=)
Loved it! Thanks for showing the bind it all, i guess now i can finish my Halloween mini, lol. About what would you charge for something like that? Thanks Sara, always love watching you! Huggs ~ L
Leslie Speers Hi Leslie, Pricing the items is the hardest part for me. I was thinking $5-$7, What do you think, Sara
Yes, i was thinking something close but not over 10, unless you've added a lot of embellis, they seem to be the thing that adds up. I'm excited to do this with some much stash for every occ., just think, halloween, xmas, baby, wedding, bla bla bla. Sorry, my brain just never seems to stop, lol... Huggs
@@lesliespeers2739 I would think at least $8 - $10 in my area (Madison, WI)
Where do you get the thick brown paper board for the cover? Not sure what it's called but like if you go buy a hardback journal the front and back pages are what I'm talking about.
+Niki Reynolds I think you mean Chip board. I got mine on line at Joanne's. Check the craft stores though. TFW, Sara
I cant find the description where it says the size of the tags, couldn'someone please tell me the sizes, thanks
Can I ask what u charge for these are your craft fair? I just love them!
+Rosemary Bryson I think about 10$. I am a terrible business woman though, TFW, SAra
Hi. What gsm/ lb is the cardstock for the pages?
Hi, how do you know which wire size to use when binding?
Tam I just measured my stack of paper against the different coil sizes
Can I make any size mini album or just small ones with the bind it all machine? It looks like it saves time which is a difference from creating hinges.
Tam the coils come in 12 “ lengths and like 3-5 different widths.
Ok thanks for responding so quickly! One last question, your video looks like a would create all pages, including any interactive ones and then punch holes through them in the end. Is that correct?
I just purchased a bing it all so I'm learning it.
Totally confusing....
They're so cute
