I really do think that Beast Mastery has the best designed tree of all hunter specs, there is no obvious "broken" path, plus there are plenty of possible builds. I am excited that my dream build will be finally possible. I always felt that Kill Command just isn’t satisfying to press, especially in multi-target, and I always thought Beast Cleave is affecting Kill Command too, until I found out its not. xD So my build will be pure Kill Command build, starting with Alpha Predator talent, Kill cleave for Kill Command to be AoE, Qa’pla for as much Kill Commands as possible and Dire Command just to get that passive beast from all those Kill Commands. Of course all the talents for pet damage and Kill Command damage and a lot of focus generation talents just to dont starve. Plus some Barbed Shot talents that will help with Qa’pla talent and because they are simply in the way. :D
Indeed there are alot more options to start building in Dragonflight. The build you describe sounds like alot of fun as well. Definatly going to try it out next expansion.
