I just started watching you guys because me and my fiance were planning on taking a cruise for our honeymoon and I just want to say I love your channel so much! You've given me so many great tips and I love watching the adventures you guys go on!
It looks sooo cold! Whale watching in Cabo San Lucas is more comfortable - but then you miss the majestic mountains and glaciers :). Thanks for sharing your videos.
Nice video guys. Looks like you did a fair amount of walking, but that probably helped keep you warm. I found myself getting hungry as I watched the two of you enjoying clam chowder soup, salmon, baked beans, etc. Yummy! Thanks for taking the time and effort to share your day with us. Really enjoyed it!...Ed
Have one booked on Navigator right now for March of 2020, I’ve wanted to do an Alaskan for the longest time, it is so amazing there! I have to convince my parents to get over the cold weather though. We’ve always cruised with Royal to the Eastern Caribbean, Western Caribbean, Puerto Rico, or the Bahamas. But this is on my bucket list.
If you have not made s’mores over a campfire in the woods you need to immediately. Hubby and both sons are Eagle Scouts and we spent most our summers camping in the woods of WNC, SC and TN when my boys were younger. Love camping. But I like cruising more! Looking forward to the dinner vlog.
This is my dream cruise I'm going next September starting in Seward Alaska up through Fairbanks praying for some really good northern lights picks. Thank you guys: it's hard to pick a cruise ship if you never been and there's 29 ships that cruise during the Alaskan cruise season so I love watching these videos to help me decide
I like being active on vacations. I can chill on the ship if needed. I'm headed to AK next June and we're headed up early to see Denali National Park, hike up a mountain, and go fishing before the ship. On the ship we haven't fully decided yet by salmon fishing and possibly whale watching are two options. Some of the family going with us are seasoned AK cruisers so they will help us decide what to do.
that slow motion of Alyssa saying “eat some more” is my MOOOOOOOD all cruise long! This looked like so much fun and something id totally enjoy while visiting Alaska! Thank you for the great content and tips on excursions! Id love to see how dinner went that night (or lack of dinner and just dessert and coffee?)
We did the salmon bake last year on our cruise and will be doing it again on this years Alaskan cruise! It surpassed our expectations! We leave Saturday! 🤩🥳
I'm taking note of this shore excursion, it looked fabulous. Your lunch looked amazing. We are sailing with Holland America though so I will have to hope they have a similar one.
Did you book this excursion through the ship or on your own? If it was on your own do you remember who it was with? Please and thanks! going on the encore 8/28 and am trying to plan! Gonna leave the same comment in your Skagway video lmao 😊
This isn't mean at all, but I LOL at how cold you guys are. I think it's super cool that you guys left Florida and the Caribbean for Alaska! I am loving this series!!! It is making me want to plan a cruise to Alaska!
Thanks for the feedback. You look cold all the time. We went at the end of September (which is also end of season) and had beautiful weather every day.
What kind of excursion would you do in Alaska? Chill or Thrill!?
Griff & Alyssa 3rd option food lol!
Chill
Chill!
Both. Its always best to get a good mixture
Chill

Seriously how do y’all keep making amazing content?!? Love them so much!!!
I can't believe you didn't hike out to the big waterfall, it is truly the best part! It is way more stunning up close.
We didn't have much time.. we will try to go out there next time.

We walked a lot! It helped a little until the wind hit us.. lol
We Florida people aren't use to that cold weather. Great vlog

That was a cool experience!
My fave part...just how much fun you had! We did the same excursion years ago and it brought back memories. Drooling for blueberry cake.

Haha! He always makes things entertaining.
You guys are getting me so excited for our Alaska cruise on the Ncl Bliss 2021!
Missed out on not going to the falls. We were there end of July and walked out there. So much more impressive when you get right up to them.
When we have more time! It looked beautiful

Nice tour.

Would love to see that evening’s meal!! 👍🏻
Beautiful views and the food looked delish.

It was a great choice! Food was so good! Have an amazing cruise!
I'm taking note of this shore excursion, it looked fabulous. Your lunch looked amazing. We are sailing with Holland America though so I will have to hope they have a similar one.
We booked it through Shore Excursions Group. It was a good way to experience Juneau!
Your excursion looks better than the one with Viking, I’ll have to check it out. Going on my first cruise in August , your videos have helped me :)
What was the name of the excursion you did? We are booking in 2022 and there are so many on the excursion site!
Whale watching + salmon bake I can’t remember the official name!
*the Best of Juneau. Lol - Alyssa
I can’t wait to do a whale watch!!
Been there, loved it ❤️.
What month were you there
Did you book this excursion through the ship or on your own? If it was on your own do you remember who it was with? Please and thanks! going on the encore 8/28 and am trying to plan! Gonna leave the same comment in your Skagway video lmao 😊
Hi guys I love your videos!
Good bless you guys. Great video like always. What is the name of this excursion?? I liked it very much...
This looked like an awesome day! Was this excursion through Royal Caribbean?
You should have done the Nugget Falls trail. It was an easy walk and so worth it. The walk would warm you up ; )
We didn't have much time, but next time!
Hi Griff and Alyssa. nice! We are going the Alaska cruise in August 2020; Just a question. What agent did you booked your whale watching adventure?
My wife and I are going the second week of June. We were wondering how warm we need to dress. What time of year was this cruise?
I’m a PA girl too from Johnstown living in Jacksonville FL
Excellent quality, but more scenery/ surroundings.
So, which one of you is from the small town called Pittsburgh?
This isn't mean at all, but I LOL at how cold you guys are. I think it's super cool that you guys left Florida and the Caribbean for Alaska! I am loving this series!!! It is making me want to plan a cruise to Alaska!
Haha I was laughing at myself. It probably didn't get any colder than the low 40s, but we are not used that at all!
Post dinner vlog please!
Did you see any bears!
Nope, no bears!
What month did you go to Alaska?
We sailed at the end of June!
Thanks for the feedback. You look cold all the time. We went at the end of September (which is also end of season) and had beautiful weather every day.
So how cold was it? LOL
Not exactly sure.. but probably in the upper 40s, low 50s. We don't get that very often in FL.
You guys are so cute!
you keep referring to your husband as kellen?? I thought his name was griff?
He he, it's Cullen Griffin, "Griff" for short.
You look tired?
We were! The time change was a killer.
