I noticed that many of these students are not that good. They are weak in English and can't communicate. They would be rejected even in India.

This should hopefully help them understand that getting PR is still possible and that requires a change in strategy by pivoting to a job in industries like healthcare/ trades etc rather than protesting to get a PR. The sooner people will realize this, the sooner they will be able to get PR
But they change immigration rules very often. We don't know what will happen in the future. They might change again. Also, apart from ontario, there are a lot of other provinces that requires low CRS score which would be an easy PR pathway. Like Alberta, nova Scotia, winnipeg etc.

so i did my bachlors in fiance here from Canada, while after 4 years here in Canada I got my work permit last year, but still its really difficult to found a decent job, and moreover, I am not focusing on pr but after coming here in Canada I found that I am good in trading and wanna purse it full time after going back to India, but the main thing is that the saving are not happening as been fired from my last job after 9 months of struggle to found a decent job. Diploma is useless. You have to apply for Bachelors or Masters. You won't get accepted through a diploma program today. Maybe see if you can find a degree program for your field instead and then apply again.

It is possible and honestly the smart ones who have Canadian experience have already left to do exactly this. But Canadian immigration is fluid and they are likely to change scoring factors in the next government. Most students didn't come for education. They came to get PR and then sponsor their families. This was the plan. Trudeau made the process easier for students and immigrants to come through.

Students utilizing schooling as a back-door (not front-door) ticket to living in Canada. Swarming a 50+ year tradition/system that was not not NOT designed to be about every international student INSISTING on receiving Permanent Residency. Plus it was not designed to be primarily about students demanding lengthy work permits (& spouse permits etc.). Canadians have clued in that Canada's post secondary education system has (in 5 years time) turned into what many are now jokingly calling EDUGRATION. An extreme not approved by everyday Canadians.
What about Ghost Consulting that Canada told India to halt? Canadians want $ greedy foreign agents to stop marketing & lying to their own people about access to PR or citizenship … or accommodation/jobs … in places like Canada being relatively easy. At best, there is a 20% chance of PR (better odds if career is in HIGH demand).
And what about all the YT videos that primarily Indian nationals have posted (for half a decade now including today) all advertising Canadian PR like they're selling a product? Canada is now compelling ALL schools to report to Immigration whether a student is attending school and complying with permit requirements or not. Were Canadian public colleges & universities greedy too (while honest)? Sure. But the Canadian government stepped in and slowed them down too (like a trustworthy government should).
Are most international students truly scholars who came to Canada with enough $ to support themselves while STUDYING? Or economic migrants, who borrowed $ to buy their way closer to the head of the immigration line? To say all the students or their consultants have not been at times 'gaming' Canada's education programs to gain western PR or $ is ridiculous. Students have contributed to Canada's severe housing crisis and lack of entry jobs because 90% conspire-to-outstay a TEMPORARY permit.
Canada wants to help people, but not when it contributes to severe home unaffordability and a recession. If 36,000,000 Canadians travelled to India, since 2020, with the goal of being able to stay there permanently, that would raise India's population by 2.65%. Recent asylum seekers crossing into Canada… and international students... have raised Canada's population higher than 2.65%. More needing healthcare too (affecting waiting times etc.).
What about the IELTS spouses? Anchor babies? Fraud? False asylum claims? What about Canadian food banks & other charity services being recklessly advertised on YT in Indian languages? What about Canadian housing being scooped up en-mass as investment vehicles by/for internationals? Home rental/boarding signs stating "vegetarians only can apply". Indian nationals buying local businesses then putting Indians only in key positions (while also drastically changing work practices that include working more hours for less money). Plus BC & Ontario are outlawing the Caste System.
Then throw in the Sikh vs Hindu violence/extortions across Canada. Diasporas stirring up tribal hatreds (in Canada) … even though it all stems from their ancestral home. How can peace be found anywhere with this in play? Plus the Canadian government recently launched investigations in regards to foreign interference in Canadian elections, stemming from Asia continent. Canada also had to end flagpoling at the border.

Brother i am coming in September intake i am accountant i have experience in 4 yr US and Canda region, if i come there and gain canada certificate and canada work experience too, so do i still need to get the LMIA or canada experience certificate is enough bcz i calculated my crs score after all this and it is aprox 550.
If your CRS score is more than 529 then you can get PR according to the todays scenario but in the future if they again increase the score then I don’t know but 550 is a good score
