    Best lesson. What about lifting the head?

      It's good to let the head stay down for support for the neck, if you lift it then you should tuck the chin in, for support

      Thanks for this question and answer. Other videos of this position have the head raised which i find to be the most challenging part, and it distracts me from working my core. Happy to find an answer i wanted to hear!
