How to spot a fake Gucci Dionysus bag

I bought my Dionysus straight from the Gucci site. It’s the top handle one with a smooth leather so maybe it’s meant to be different. The hardware on mine is definitely not shiny. It’s antique, rustic silver and even the tiger head closure looks distressed upon close inspection. Just fyi for everyone.

Thanks for your reply! You are absolutely correct antique bags do give off a more rustic and distressed look, but remember if you are buying a new bag this is not the case. Good points by the way!
