- In today's episode, I had the pleasure of meeting Avi Dhesa. He owns one of the coolest trucks on the road today. A 2023 Peterbilt 389 fully custom built by Fletchers Diesel. Those hubs on the drive axles are gorgeous. Very cool. I hate red. Looks like some orange in the paint

Beautiful truck and love the headlights. I’m not a big fan of the factory ‘teardrop’ 389 lights or whatever shape they are. Looks too much like ‘the future is coming’ kinda stuff. Keep it classic!
I call those ugly 389 factory headlites ALIEN HEADLITES!!!!!! Glad he changed them to 379 style
Curious if he swapped the dash, if it’s a 23’ it should be digital
Not every 2023 is digital.
The changeover happened in the 22’ model year, the last old dashes were in trucks built july/august 21…which was 22’ model year
I got 2022 got in late 21 like December and Is digital, none came out with old Dash is 2023
@@OTRBandityes they are, they switched halfway through ‘21 which was the 22’ model year
That’s not a 2023. I have a 2023 He doesn’t have a digital dash or smart steering wheel. Still a awesome truck.

Where is your polish shop located?
It’s next to the TA truck stop in Eloy, Arizona in the little sisters truck wash. Before I retired I used these guys a lot. I also used Luna’s polishing in the back of the TA parking lot. Between the 3 exits in Eloy, there’s used to be at least 7 or 8 different polishers working

That's a older truck, there's no DEF system on there. It may be new 2 him but not new. Unless it is a glider kit somehow. It says cat powdered on the sticker unless my eyes were playing tricks on me.

@@1tuffzx10 and plus companies make things such as hidden def tanks now, this guy bought his truck brand new last year and had it dropped off at picketts to get it fully customized
In real life northeast this front is way too low with that wheel base you better be somewhere in big country
That truck would look really sweet with a body drop kit and the front springs de-arched

There is one in Barstow, but the one in this video is in Eloy, Arizona
