We have never seen such a beautifully presented Dinner Buffet before either. The staff at this hotel did an incredible job which they can be very proud of. It surprised me that other cultures were celebrating Christmas so early. LOL, here we still have Thanksgiving to get through and I haven't started Christmas shopping but I've been fishing around for ideas of what family and friends want. The food looks amazing. This Buffet was incredible, a real WOW Factor when we walked in. Everything was perfect for the evening, the hotel did an incredible job, we will be back for more... ;-) We really do have the same tastes Kieron, Maro and I love mussels in garlic wine and cream, we actually just made a huge portion last week and were eating it for two days!
