Extract from the Torbay lifeboat website (www.torbaylifeb...) :- "Both lifeboats launched to a 6 metre RIB with two persons on board suffering engine failure and in danger of grounding on Berry Head. The RIB was returned under tow to Brixham Harbour by the ALB, The ILB took over the tow once in the Harbour. RIB returned to the events pontoon. "
