Repotting Chysis limminghei orchid

This is a video about me repotting my recent purchase: Chysis limminghei (orchid)
I reconsidered my previous choice & decided that it would do less harm to it to repot it although it doesn´t fancy it - than letting it sit more than 14 days in a soaking wet media!

Just repotted my cnysis from schwerter too! All roots inside the medium were dead... not surprised considering how dense it was, but luckily it had new roots forming at thetop! Its in a net pot with sphagnum now, hoping it will thrive!

That's a lovely plant. Mine was finally just repotted again in a bark/perlit mix, thinking the medium should last longer in between repots. Mine's roots were ok and its now
producing many tiny new growths. Its blooms are amazing!!! Good luck with her!! Thank's for watching this video 😍😍

Hi and thanks for watching! 😀 I made an update on it quite recently, after about 4 minutes into this video:

Today the bulbs has gotten even more plump and the leaves on its oldest bulbs are starting to fall off! Its doing the best, its a really interesting vigorous orchid!
