We put Fertilised Eggs under 3 Broody Hens - first time double mothers! - we learnt some lessons

Follow us on this journey to see how we out fertilised eggs under our THREE broody hens, and following up all the way until our chicks are one week old since hatch.
Only 5 our of 16 eggs made it though! We learnt some lessons along the way, but this has been so exciting nonetheless.
We have now two hens looking after 5 chicks and they share custody of them! Wonderful

If any of our hens get broody, I might try what you have done by buying a few fertilized eggs to put under them. I do not keep roosters so this might work for us.
