    If you are going through it right now keep watching this man. Over and over. He will HELP YOU! It's so hard to exercise it was nearly impossible for me but I finally made myself do it and it sucked ass while I did it but after it helped unbelievably.
    Also RIP Ryan you are missed! U have saved so many lives we love u man!

    I watch everyday and this video/email rly helped me. sometimes I feel I can't help it but to lay around and feel very depressed. and when I do I feel worse, and lay around more. when I get out and stay active more than half the time I feel better overall. many good points in the video. thanks

    Way to go, Ross - and thanks Ryan for your reflections on PAWS. I'm at the tail end of my tapering journey (which, incidentally, doesn't feel any easier at the "tail end.") I thought this tapering thing would make it easier somehow - not the case - not for me anyways. Its been tough AF but I was ready. Anyways, I've been anticipating PAWS and was afraid that I was headed for Doomsville. Your message gives me hope. I'm doing all the "right things", so if I keep at it and don't psyche myself out, I figure I might actually come out the other end in one piece. Thanks so much for what you do.

    Thank you Ross for sharing your story. A great story to help others to get back on there feet. Ryan definitely spot on about "PAWS" and the fears and miscommunication people have.

    Right in Ross that's awesome congrats. And thanks for sharing. Been a student of martial arts myself including Muy Tia.Awesome email indeed and so true with great information. Any form of exercise is key. Especially along with clean eating. Sugar is absolutely terrible for you. Just switching to only water has a huge impact on your well being. Good luck on your completion Ross👊🏻

    Great story! I haven't got off subs yet but I have changed my diet to mostly planted based and I feel so much better. Quitting sugar helps so much with combating pain as well.

    Wow. Enjoyed that story. That's amazing Ross! Good for you! I wish I would have done that kind of stuff, when I was going through it! It seems like, duh, lol! Get outside, eat well, plenty of water, etc. I was like how Ryan explained....wanting to thrash my head through the wall; cause I just couldn't stand the damn withdrawals anymore! But luckily, I made it! I'm a little over 11 months clean.

      +Ryan Donnelly,...Thank u, Ryan. Yeah, I actually would love to share my story! I wrote it out first, so haven't typed or obviously emailed it. Its just really long, and I'm trying to cut it back a lil. We're talking over ten yrs of crazy H addiction! But I'll give u a heads up when I finally send it to u. :)

    I'm a U.K. codeine phosphate addict. Cold water extraction's not that difficult. I can buy codeine on line. Good advice about getting off your arse and walking, whatever time it is. The social interaction is a waste of time if you live with fakes, and liars, it becomes depressing and pointless. The main consolation is-you're not alone, addiction can be lonely, and it hurts. so-you're not alone. Remember that.

    What helps me with restless legs is 2 to 4 tsp. o f epsom salts in 8 oz. of water.

    • @borderlinebipolarbear
      @borderlinebipolarbear 5 років тому

      Drink it? I've been soaking my legs in lots of Epsom salt baths but as soon as I get out, the restlessness comes back in full effect

      shalacy manderson jails often will house you in pods now. That’s a bit of space to walk around. If not, you have the few feet in your cell

    wow! 32 tabs in one go!! wonder your liver didn't explode! It's true though here in the U.K you can buy what you want. I found that if you go to major stores like Boots they have many staff so each time you go there is usually someone different serving you. When you look back you cringe at how pathetic your life had become running around buying this shite to enslave yourself for no benefit!!!
