I just did this routine having had some problems with calf strain last week due to over enthusiastic exertion at the gym on leg day. Glad to tell you that it totally worked and helped me feel good again.

Hello Shikha, I'm glad to know my videos are helpful. Those visible veins on the face are called Spider Veins which is a result of broken blood vessels. It is best to see doctor. Some calming home remedies will help like aloevera, camomile oil/cream. This class is for varicose veins appearing on the legs. Best wishes 🌟

Lethargy comes with Tamasic food. Avoid left over food items, extra spices, garlic etc. Always consume freshly cooked seasonal food according to your hunger. Practice yogasanas everyday. Keep life simple 🌟

Thank you. The poses are a little challenging for me but it has helped me reduce pain at my ankle and feet.
