wanted to try out a slower paced video and including quiet parts so its not so overwhelming. do you guys like this style more or the old fast paced videos?

I do like this style especially with the fact that it's a horror-based game mod. it makes it seem almost eerie or kind of dreadful, plus with you adding more horror mods in later episodes will increase this feeling.
A quick tip, when your editing don’t edit it to where a jumpscare is about to happen because when your watching it you can tell when something scary is about to happen
why is everyone doing stuff like this and can you add weeping angels or the Christmas dweller wendigo man from the fog if your on 1.19.2 pls i know a lot of scary mods

love how like sometime the subtitles arent 100%, like when skyes says "a part of me" and the subtitles just says "apartment" just got me giggling reading the subtitles 😂

I get that it's funny for a lot of people, but I often rely on captions to understand what's being said (auditory processing issues) and it really isn't great... I appreciate how polished and well made skyes' videos are but it's disappointing when the one area lacking in that polish is the accessibility features :(
@@convictartist I use the subtitles too, I believe the issue is that they're generated. Skyes did mention it a few videos back
Yo skyes! You should add the cave dweller or the man from the fog! I feel like it would give a bit more of a scary ambiance! (Also love the content) and you should also make like sky islands or smth

I think someone else has mentioned this in the comments, but the cave dweller might be a good addition if you plan to be in caves in the future

either "sons of sins" or "nightmarefuel craft". not sure if these 2 are made to be played in the version of Minecraft you're in though.
Its the tiniest bit frustrating that I can't recommend any biome mods because you're playing with only one. lol
Some form of backrooms or horror bosses would be cool in the future!
Man from the fog, son of sins, cave dweller, and doctor who wheeling angels are some really good ones

IMPORTANT message for Skyes!!!
If you're building above ground, BUILD A PISTON DOOR. FORTIFY EVERYTHING. Some of the horror mobs can not only BREAK REGULAR DOORS TO GET TO YOU, but also have developed to CLIMB, OR BUILD UP TO REACH YOU. Some can CRAWL through one block gaps, and some can even BREAK THEIR WAY THROUGH WOODEN BLOCKS. Stone type blocks are a fantastic idea to prevent burning, but there is more you can do. Some monsters are also made to BREAK GLASS on contact, so be careful about windows.

Tip, for next episode: if you plant the crops, like in rows of different things, like potatoes then carrots, and go on like that they’ll grow faster (Love your videos btw ,they’re always the highlight of my day)
I think it will be beneficial having a limited life system because some of the horror mods will one shot you if you're unlucky

I would like to see the skinwalker mod personally, to be the next mod installed on the series. And I would like for you to put your face like anything you know where I can see your reaction on. I think this would make this series even better being able to see you around personal reactions. And I hope no one actually takes that the wrong way, because I am not meaning it in a bad way.

Also, for the mob farm, go up 100 blocks from the base (where the chests are), that will despawn mobs in the caves and only spawn in the grinder
I love this and want more, also a good idea for the start would’ve been a dark forest biome… cause it’s always dark and there are so many trees for stuff to hide behind which would make it creepier and harder to survive
The thing is the only shock you’ll get from such an open world is turning around, seeing him for a millisecond, and then him disappearing.
It would be much scarier on a normal world, as there are a lot more opportunities for Herobrine to appear/interact with surroundings, like moving behind trees.
I recommend moving to normal worlds

I’ve been enjoying Thrite’s series and another UA-camr who has been doing something similar with adding different horror mods is Calvin and honestly, I’m really enjoying the inclusion of horror mods into Minecraft to explore a new side to the game and make it more interesting. I’d love to see another episode and maybe even including some of the mods Thrite and Calvin have included as I’d love to see Skyes’ reactions to creatures such as “The Man from the fog”, “The night dweller”, “The cave dweller” and such
Also, given the issue of inventory space, would definitely suggest adding a backpack mod to take away the worry of running out of space

add urself some QOL mods man, vein miner, a shader, a more foods mod definitely, maybe immersive portals? id love to see more mobs added and the dark souls roll combat with it. new weapons, ores, and spells are always dope to watch in mod packs too. i would say more golems but you dont have diverse biomes on this map 😂

For the holes in your base, so that you don't fall keep that design, but fill it in with water like a tiny waterfall.
Skyes.. slabs let light through them. so when you put slabs as the roof and under the water, in the mob farm, they can't spawn as often because they need like light level 0 i'm pretty sure to spawn

Hey Skyes you can get wood if you find moss block from shipwrecks or lush caves…
You can always add more layers to the mob spawner it increases the spawn rate. I always do 5 layers for mine.

Okay, one mod I'll suggest you don't add is nightmare.jar, because it can kill you quicker than you can react or run (even in full iron), and I'd to see how long this series progresses rather than end because of this specific mod being added. However I don't know what mods to recommend, just that nightmare.jar should be avoided so that you and the audience can enjoy the series without ending it too quickly. Anyway, I really enjoy your content and I can't wait to see how this series progresses and changes

Maybe you should add(if it exists)a Slenderman mod? Or maybe add Peanut!(SCP 173), or perhaps a Paranoia mod, if that exists, it's cool to think about, because maybe you'll get voice lines/effects/sound cues/etc, and when you look around, they all stop :)))
