Dji osmo action 4 on a chest mount. As long as you’re not right up in people’s faces they don’t seem to care. Before I’d have a few people ask me not to film so I’d edit them out but that’s not the case. With the quality of iPhone videos and most people walking around with them It’s understandable people will take nice videos.

At 1:10:34 there was a Travis panda in the corner above the Tiffany, the one with the white outer swoosh. Was there an authentic release of that colorway? I apologize if I'm not using the correct terms, I am not a sneakerhead.
At that time stamp, the majority of the ones you see were never released as a legit pair. The ones on the right have been released, and a couple others, but the "panda" one never did, nor did the Tiffany ones.

Unfortunately the cost of gold is usually too high for replicas to be made. Not saying there is none but usually not at a big market. Many of the designer brand arnt full gold either just gold plated.

@@ZackUA-cam either a warehouse that takes a few hours to be delivered or one of the apartments in the area. Some times they can bring it right to the buyers many times people. Red to wait.

..100%! Putin produces 85% of the worlds legit and 85% of the worlds rep sneakers. So safe bet. Some are coming out of Turkey, Pakistan and a few from the UAE.
There are also quite a few in Vietnam, sometimes the difference is only in the upc and serial number for each shoe.

I’ve seen a very few jordan 9 but they are around. Once the olives release this fall I bet I will see them here. As for Yeezys they are phasing out of popularity and this market tends to follow trends. If you watch a video from 3-4 years ago you will see tons. Thanks for the support.

Make similar quality designs but with proprietary and brands. Thats not counterfeiting.
There are counterfeits and bootleg. When it comes to these sneakers they are majority counterfeit, knockoffs, replicas. All the same. They are not authorized to produce and all of these are protected by patents and intellectual property.
The difference in U.S. law between a "counterfeit" and a "replica" is the intentional representation by the seller as replica or claiming/passing off as ligit= "counterfeit".
@@stephanvonwolf5666 The law is always worded in a way that lawyers can argue intent. These sellers all say they are the same as the original even when the quality actually isn't, hence showing intent to pass off as original. Its the random Reddit users that claim reps and say it is made similar to original and also why they created "batches"

Majority of these are not from the original factory. They don’t always have the exact same materials and don’t always have every single design element exactly as the original. The rep factories deconstruct a pair or buy the blueprint from another factory and attempt to remake the shoe them selves. After years of doing so they have gotten pretty good at it. And if you think it’s the people working at the factories making money it’s not it’s the factory owner and possibly the big boss.

I was born in the 80’s and a time when fakes was definitely not ok and I still stand by that when living in the west. Kids these days think it’s ok which to me seems they have no honor or self respect as you should work for things in life and not try to find shortcuts. However my kid will be growing up in China so the saying when In Rome applies. I will however educate about respecting business and art/design along with different cultural values.
So here's the deal with reps, in my humble opinion. Without reps there are some shoes that are 40 or 50,000 or sometimes 120,000 I really want and I would love to wear. But alas, I would not spend that kind of money on a pair of tennis shoes where's the nearest if I had the money . They would not be in front of where I would be too worried about them getting scratched up or it raining or something reps give you the opportunity to have fun with and enjoy something that most people will frequently never be able to afford. So yes I will take a rep over a nothing any day of the week. Not to mention companies like Adidas and Hoka and Nike do not own factories in China. Foreigners get on property there so everything is least through Chinese billionaires that own the factories. As good as reps can be these days if you pay for the good ones, you're normally looking at same labor and skill set come on the same machinery, the same materials and in fact I would argue they're actually being made frequently on 3rd shifts at the factory stores. Why would they not? All the logistics for materials and distribution and the labor and the Machinery is already in place and worked out. I can't imagine a reason why the Chinese billionaires would not be making replicas in Nike and Hoka and Adidas's own China based factories? The corruption over there is next level as it is here these days in the us. Just go look at any congresspersons stock portfolio and their performance (insider trading much?). Lol!
But hypothetically, if I'm correct, and these shoes are frequently coming out of the actual Nike factories or Hoka or Adidas or whomever, are they still "replicas" etc. if they're coming out of the same factories, made with the same materials, made with the same machines and the same labor, just under the orders of a different task master / management?
But I don't think replicas have anything to do with pride in oneself or self-respect or self-esteem or anything like that, they have to do with just having fun with something you enjoy (sneakers) that you would not otherwise have an opportunity to do such. But I have noticed gen Z seems to get all huffy puffy about "fakes" (as they tend to call them). No idea why that is??? Life is to short, enjoy what you can, or a reasonable facsimile thereof, while you can. I wonder if it is a result of gen Z attitudes towards China? Maybe China has been presented as more of a serious threat to that generation than it has been to previous generations? I honestly don't know.
