Devil Mario came out in 2005. Whilst Horror Mario came out in 2011. So hes technically the only one in the mod that can face him without being controlled.

I didn’t know a lot of the Mario versions until I discovered Mario’s Madness. After watching the whole thing, I meticulously went through the ones I didn’t know and looked them up. It was an enjoyable waste of time.

I didn't use his chromatic scale i saw someone made a vocal recreation of starman slaughter horror mario vocal part only in a server and that's it (along side with peach too)
