Flying Machine is a stage that doesn't get the recognition it deserves, I feel. They really nailed the late game "This is the last regular stage" feel with the art and music for it; and that's even though it's not necessarily going to be the last regular stage on any given playthrough. You can just feel Propeller Knights' carefree sprit in these songs.
Well...
"Last" if you play the Order Knight stages in that order. Because freedom of choice between him, Tinker Knight and Polar Knight.

@@unskilledgamer3642 I always do Propeller last because it's my favorite stage and favorite theme (aside from La Danse Macabre from Specter Knight) in the game.
Everything from the music to the character to the stage itself was awesome about this game.
The way that it starts off in nothing but darkness in the background, and then you see a beautiful sunrise sets the mood for this stage.
Unrelated, Propeller Knight has the best fight in King of Cards campaign, where he attacks King Knight's ship over a stolen rose. 😆
shovel knight’s lucky to have been able to get on top of the airship before it was on air.
Fun little fact about me: When I first played Shovel Knight and got to Propellor Knight, I gave him the voice of Spy from TF2. I dunno why, I just thought it would fit him.

I think the Mario 3 overworld map style and the shorter levels are why I like King of Cards so much more than the others
I just completed Shovel of Hope recently, so it's obviously my favourite. I didn't played the other campains yet.

I didn't finish Specter Knight's campaign, but that one seemed really cool last I played. I also haven't played King of Cards yet, but I love it purely because of the Wario Land influence the campaign clearly has.

I played the Treasure Trove edition for the Wii U, and after playing all four campaigns, I've learned to love Propellor Knights theme!

This is one of those songs that really give you the vibes perfectly. You are slowly ascending trough the skies, jumping between floating platforms, cannonballs midair and more while inside Propeller Knight's ship.

This game has one of the best soundtracks in any game released over the last 20 years. It's got that original Mega Man and early Mega Man X vibe where it just fackin' ROCKS.
I always enjoy your covers and this is yet another great addition to an impressive repertoire of work you've put out over the years. I honestly can't remember if you've done King Knight's stage music previously, but if not then that gets my vote for next Shovel Knight track when you want to do another from this fantastic game!

Seriously, tho, absolutely amazing cover, even if the level itself gives me an aneurysm in every campaign! I'd humbly request either King Knight's level(s), Plague Knight's level(s), or maybe a final boss medley! Though, to be honest, you could cover any single song from this game and I'll be there for it every time.
