I always found you and Blair so unproblematic especially compared to youtubers today. I never understood all of the hate y'all got.
I mean, I personally stopped watching after the name scandal and the dishonesty about sponserships, I felt betrayed when I thought they could just be honest and we would of supported. As an adult I now understand about how new it all was and how young they were.
Never left hate though, just stop watching.

@@Thecrazysunandmoonbros Yeah their parents made them choose names to go by on the internet. I think Blair's real name is Elizabeth? And Elle's is something that starts with an L so hers made sense. Looking back I understand why they did it :)

I remember when you got a lot of hate. I think things have changed so much with the younger generation in UA-cam. Almost like they have to be in drama. I love the way you’ve come back to UA-cam.

I really will never understand why people hated on you two so much, you guys were humble about your blessed lifestyle, where now all the beauty influencers do is brag and flaunt their wealth and somehow that’s ok and 100% acceptable. Anyways I’m glad you’re back, I’ve been watching since almost the beginning.
Word!! I remember how they always used to kind of excuse themselves when they showed their things or gifts or something like that, because they didn't want to come off as bragging.

I remember being such a die hard fan of yours and Blair’s when I was younger. But it’s weird to say fans bc I’m around Blair’s age lol. I was so excited when I got my Skylark lip glosses and the note that was “signed” by you guys hah. When you wished me happy birthday on Twitter one year I literally shrieked lol. It’s so crazy to see how both yours and Blair’s lives have changed since I started watching you, while like my life changed at the same time. I remember you moving to NY and your sorority house with the Paris painting in the background, and Blair’s “rainbow bedroom” when I was in like 7th grade. I just graduated with my masters degree and watching you be a mom and wife and talk about growing as a person is amazing. It’s crazy to remember thinking that you guys were so out of my reach and not like me bc you were so popular on UA-cam. now you’re going through some of the things my close friends and me are and you seem closer to me now, if that makes any sense hah.
Okay, also tmi but how do you guys gets "alone time" if you co-sleep?
There are other beds in that house so likely there. When I co slept, I used the second bedroom for alone time.
And they're trying for a baby so I wonder the same thing.
We also co-sleep. We use other rooms, shower etc 😅
i dont think its a coincidence that the only two og youtubers i still follow after all these years are you and Fleur, drama can be entertaining for a while but quality content is what persists

I’ve always respected how “wholesome” your little corner of UA-cam has been since the beginning & I think part of the reason you don’t get hate is that most of us that have followed you since the start have now grown up along with you. We’re all settling down, babies, marriages, homes. It makes a difference when your followers are grown lol 💜

I 100% understand the thing about your child being all the entertainment you need! We have a 2-year-old and she cracks us up all day long. I don't know how she comes up with the things she says and does, but it's the best thing 😂

this Q&A reminded me why I LOVED (and still do) watching your videos! Because you are like the older sister who is not into drama and just fun to listen to! I was so sad when you took your break, but I’m so glad you are back and feeling so much better with UA-cam
I coslept with mine until the age of 4. Almost everyone told me that it will be so hard to get him to go to his own bed. I used to stress so much over it but he refuses to sleep without a person beside him. One day shortly after he turned 4 he decided he wanted to sleep in his own room. He is 6 now and once in a while he still comes in to cuddle in the middle of the night but for the most part he sleeps in his room. I think they will go when they are ready. Until then, enjoy the cuddles.

I couldn’t imagine sleeping with my baby lol he’s 8 weeks old and has been in a crib in his own room since 4 weeks. Me and hubby enjoy our alone time

I grew up watching Blair and you wayyy back starting in 2009 and the hate was literally INSANE. I remember people leaving comments about guru gossiper that was even started because of you guys I believe, Or just overall the very first beauty youtubers. People were SO jealous of you guys. Or they didn’t want you to succeed or something (a form of jealousy?) You guys were also the first I believe to have body modifications and to be sent free products done and I think that’s where all the hate came from as well, the “you’re a bad role model for my childddddd” while literally every single beauty youtuber has had something done and receives free PR and it’s not a thing anymore. It is so crazy how much things have changed.

I remember always waiting to watch you and Blair’s videos anytime any new MAC collections came out, and when your phone cases came to Canada I begged my parents for one. 💕💕
Hollister, Abercrombie and Abercrombie Kids still swapped employees up until The Kids store at our mall merged with the Abercrombie store. My daughter worked there all through high school too. She's a petite girl and she could wear the Abercrombie Kids clothes, so they loved that. She was also one of the only employees who was 18, and was only of the only employees who could be sent to the other stores. The pay was laughable, but she met 2 of her best friends who she still has as an adult/new mommy.

You and Blair were my literal teenage years, I learned everything from you two, how to do hair, make up and even feel confident in myself. I can not believe the hate you guys got when you first got brand deals, I remember those days and it is terrible how hurtful words are and people forget that! What did 2020 change the most for you as far as your personal life? I have had a hard time finding motivation on doing anything this year hah

Also TMI too lol but trying to conceive with a fertility doctor definitely effected my sex life. like they tell you that you have to have sex on these exact days even if your not in the mood you have to make yourself so it’s deff something to work through. but it makes you guys as a couple closer by talking about it

We have the same sleep schedule lol. I’m in bed by 9pm even on the weekends, cuz u know as a parent there are no weekends.

Wow I remember you guys getting sooooo much hate for brand deals. I remember the comments saying they felt like “you guys were hiding the brand deals”. Like if it was just in the drop down menu and you guys didn’t say straight up it was a brand deal. so when you guys would say we’re doing brand deals and not hiding it. Then they would be mad regardless. So crazy
