didn't have my mic on me near the end, sorry about that. Bobby Lashley should've been pushed more consistently, On paper he looked great but compared to his future run, it feels so inconsistent. What did you think of Bobby Lashley's return?

I know his return had a sluggish start but the heel turn mixed with improved crowd support/MVP starting the hurt business brought him back on track

I remember when this all happened live. This was around the time I came back as a fan, and when I saw that familiar face of Lashley, I got SO much nostalgia and was excited to see him back, and was shocked that he looked the same like he did in Ruthless Aggression. I was excited for all the potential programs at the time, and while it wasn’t good at first, especially that Lana storyline, when he turned into the All Mighty, the rest was history. Glad to have him back with WWE.😁
I came back to WWE around 2016 when AJ debut. Than when I started working nights in 2017 I took another long break til recently catching up here and there. But I remember playing 2k17 everyday after working all night, I felt I earned it
It's just a shame that they made him involve in the sisters and Lana/Rusev storyline. Though the run had some decent moments.

I was glad to see him back, Even though they made him involve in some bad storylines and segments during that time, Like the Lana and the sisters storyline.
I just remembered that Lashley's finisher was a stalling suplex at that time before he started using a spear again.

I thought AJ Styles had a bad first year in WWE but Bobby Lashley had it worse when he returned. His storyline with Sami Zayn was awful, Lio Rush was annoying, and his biggest wins were on Raw instead of PPV. The best thing was his feud with Braun Strowman but his best years weren't until 2021.
How was aj styles first year a bad run?!? He won the wwe championship , & he beat John cena twice 😂😂
@@Birdoswrld-he had help beating John Cena and wasn't WWE Champion until September, held it 4 months and only feuded with 3 people before dropping the title. Not to mention losing his WrestleMania debut.

I feel like this run had potential to work. But due to this being the Roman MUST BEAT Brock year not for the fans though. He should've been the one to beat Brock. Besides the whole Sami sisters especially the AEW JAS one. Besides that alright run but after this outside of the Hurt Business and honestly the stuff with Lio Lashley's run felt like it went down hill

I was deeply excited when Lashley returned to WWE, but besides that feud with Roman Reigns, he was a bit stale. It wasn't until he turned heel that he really began to stand out as a performer and a character.
