I'm Denise and I have metastatic breast cancer gone to the bone and now tumours in my lungs. I'm on an oral chemo drug that is knocking me for a loop. My mouth is full of sores and today I am supposed to be doing my latest video on my channel, Travels In My Chair, but I can't talk or wear makeup so it's a challenge. I now make sea glass christmas trees that allow me to be creative. But really, just doing our videos are us being creative, It takes awhile to make a video but it is very rewarding to look back to happy family times. Best of luck to you on this journey.
Lots of love and hugs sister 💕 I was diagnosed with BC in the Fall of 2013 and opted for bilateral surgery. I had the chemo fog as well. I understand. Thank you for sharing your story. You are an inspiration ~
Hello friend, I admire you having the courage to tell your story. Life can be a roller coaster sometimes it is good others it can leave one breathless. Around the same time you started fighting for your life I was fighting for mine for another reason. Keep your creativeness going. ART is Therapy. I will follow you on your journey.
Awe, thank you my sweet friend, I hope things are going well for you on your health journey. Art really is such important therapy and I know you understand that for sure❤️
I found your video very inspiring. I was caregiver for my older sister who had cancer in six different locations over time. She too did her best to keep her spirits up, not wanting to give up. I admired her tenacity and courage and in the end, died a very dignified death. Your talk of the garden has always been an important thing for me, just to see those tiny plants grow and bloom their little hearts out. It gives me the encouragement to keep moving forward sometimes, along with the warm friendships I have formed along the way. I too am a member of Makers, although I don't usually get to watch the morning lives, just too many medications to get up that early. Blessings to you and your family.
Thank you Diane, it sounds like your sister was a very hard fighter and must have been such a blessing to her. Thank you for watching and commenting, take care and I hope all is well with your health.
Hi,your videos are encouraging.I am a survivor for 31 yrs.I had stage 2b,12 yrs.later on my skin,4 yrs.ago as a stage 3.There was a 2 centimeter tumor under my armpit.I simply take a exestemene pill daily. My scans are normal, but i do have spinal stenosis.I have body pains, and wonder what is causing them, since my scans are clear.
❤you are most amazing beautiful friend! I think you would make an awesome motivational speaker! What ever you video I will watch! Maybe we could even do a decorating stones video!!! ❤
You outlived that asshole cancer for over ten years! That is stunning in itself! Please hold on, if you can, because you are a wonderful woman!
Thank you.
