I use only one pencil...... And it's works amazingly.... This others tools will make it easy for you to sketch..... But by giving time to sketch you can make your sketch amazing.. Even with just a pencil.... 😊Just use brush for shading and purchase charcoal pencil h9, 8, 10.... It's of ₹5 each

Bro at the initial stage you can you use grid method for making Frame and outlines after that focus on shapes of facial features then doing shading

sir whenever I draw portrait, then this problem arises that the distance from eyes to nose is not perfect.
You can use grid method it is pretty easy to use and there are many tutorials on how to do it. Hope this helps
