Great Video it's good to Know BA allow children in First Class
Noel Philips: inflight Video I’ve flown BA First a couple of times to/from Johannesburg, outbound on the A380 and return on the 747.
Although I love the 747 is was a different experience on the A380 as the foot rest is bigger and allowed my wife to comfortably sit opposite me for dinner.
Overall I loved the service and the Concord lounge at LHR T5 was great.
@Noel Philips: inflight Video
Enjoyed watching the kids fly first class, they're well behaved and good natured as well. Parenting well done sir!
Thanks for watching! Please give me your money so I can fly more first class flights. And I'll let you watch.
David lol
I can imagine the dread of the other first class passengers when kids turn up 🤣
Maybe so, but Noel's children were incredibly well-behaved, youngsters to be very proud of.
@@matthewsmith8727 sorry but you have just seen why that statement is wrong
Matthew Smith I’ve taken my daughter premium cabins and she’s a damn sight better behaved than some of the alcohol fuelled “privileged” louts I’ve encountered at the front of the plane
Alfs Awful see my comment above. Don’t judge all kids the same. Just like adults they all behave differently and if they do misbehave then the parents are probably more to blame than the kids.
Matthew Smith it’s not kids that get drunk and abusive and cause flights to be diverted
Your children seem so polite but still completely absorbed in being children... Nice to see parents that let kids be kids but still expect good manners.
Do you let kids be kids?
Or do you ensure they have manners?
It's one or the other.
Answer: NOT be kids in a first class cabin.
@@davecrupel2817 it’s not one or the other
they seemed well-behaved unlike some adult hooligans
Most kids reflect their parents, and many parents are loud and obnoxious.
It's alright, Noel - ten years from now you could play this video back to your kids and watch them cringe themselves out of existence
thats what my dad did to me and the video was from when i was 6. the video also was based on an a350 qatar flight in economy 💀
@@ferne180 you must be 12 then, because the A350 came out six years ago
@@jocax188723 that was my first thought.
those kids are so lucky to have such an awesome father!
My dad just smokes and yells at me
@Clark Isaac Santos No we're good, thank's for your concern
@@VoraciousAvgeek no one ask u anything

@Darkwear GT
Bye bye troll.

Hi Noel
Just realised I think my Dad captained your aircraft out to Chicago as he too flew to BOAC our to Chicago
We need to get noel to see this
@Noel Philips: inflight Video
*Hope you can see this message, subscriber Charlie Brown's father Captained your flight out of Chicago!!!!*
Charlie Brown That’s amazing I bet your dad loves flying such an amazing plane.
Yeah such a shame he doesn’t like the chicago run, 2 pilots 9 hours, never the happiest when he gets home 😂
Charlie Brown that sounds pretty cool, does he enjoy being a pilot?
„Does it beat McDonalds?“
„Oh no“
That scene had me dying, so precious!
Those kids are so lucky flying first class
I think they deserve it.
@@mileslima8114 nah it was probably because the dad picked up for a ridiculous cheap price I mean 800 jeeezzz I pay that one way in business to DC for work.
@@billyatwal4764 Wait until you see what airline employees pay. xD Heck, first class when i worked for United back in the early to mid 2000s, was $75 to Heathrow from any US hub.
You forget he is does this for a living. Its not lucky its torture so we can see what the flights look like.
@@InuKun2008 heck thats 115 pounds in today's money jeez I would of been living life if that is true.
First Class Passengers when kids enter the cabin:
*Ah Shit, here we go again.*
Cute kids, your son looks like a miniature version of you!
Yeeeaaahhh i'm not gonna lie, if I paid first class prices and then walked into that cramped first class lounge with no seating and knackered looking staff, i'd be looking for some money back.
I totally agree
Bipolar Spider I’m with you on that
The seats are not great either, the footwell seems pretty cramped whereas other airlines have fully adjustable ottomans
The First lounges at London are much better than the ones at O'Hare
Spoiled person lol
Nice to see that you have brought your children up the right way, so many earth parents these days with uncontrollably kids.
The best flight of my life was Singapore Airlines first class from Sydney to Singapore. The crew was fantastic and I can't fault anything.
Mine is singapore to sydney
Did you notice the "footrest" has a seatbelt on it and can be used as a seat, especially if you want to dine with someone.
I did not, and that's fantastic!
It is to give them a job of couse Thank you .do not call me I will call you first class
I love the BOAC livery!
NYC Flyer me too
I agree. It’s so classic and professional.
Noel I love how they embraced the children
They were truly lovely.
@@noelphilips they did not get any problems with the flightattendants.soo yea they are nice.you are lucky Noel!🤗
Sat in your exact seat very recently on that 747 - unfortunately the family in the 1st cabin with us were NOTHING like your very well behaved, respectful and polite kids - you must be proud parents to be raising such great kids 👍👍
Or you’re just a nob
You can actually hear the speedbrake handle motor upon touchdown.
That's how kids should behave on a flight - a testament to your parenting Noel!
That check in lady at Chicago was awesome! So friendly and full of beans. That’s how customer service should be.
Who else thinks inflight video is underrated?
Me! Me! 😂
Noel Philips: inflight Video 😂
And he doesn't board a flight flashing his camera in everyone's face and acting like he's royalty.
Cabin crew looking at the kids like "oh shit, here we go again"
Lovely to see the whole family enjoying a great (and lucky) experience. They’ll remember that forever. Great video as always.
Beautiful family, the succession is assured.Thank you for this vidéo viewed from my couch in the south of France. 🤝👍👍👍🇫🇷
Lucky kids to be able to experience this luxury and it looks like they really appreciated it too. Great video and great little family.
If you where over 3 hours late did you claim compensation for the delay? That would of had a significant reduction on the cost of the first class ticket.
Jamie Bardon Although the out-of-control EUCJ has completely reinvented (some would say perverted) the 261/04 rules, there are still a few things that allow airlines to delay.
After all, airlines have absolutely no interest in delaying flight. It’s expensive, disruptive and just bad business.
Yes it would have, have had a significant reduction
If it just me or does First Class on this plane look like any ordinary Business Class seat on other legacy carriers? No sliding doors, not an overwhelmingly massive seat?
Jeroen Olthof This is an older first product but still this is mainly it with BA
In October I flew business to LA and back to Heathrow in first. The only difference I could see was the blue lighting in first class.
*u definitely haven’t seen the new business class*
Ed Porter British Airways probably won't update first class. The aircrafts with the club suites don't have first class so I guess there's no need for first class if there's a suite in business
I’ve spent a lot of hours in BA First and other carriers’ Business. This First seat is a lot more spacious than any business seat I’ve been in, but it’s not as spacious as LH or EK First. LH and EK business are complete crap even compared to BA business.
I just watched your video about travelling with a handicap. I am now elderly and disabled and haven't flown since 1998. I flew Air Canada last week from Ottawa to Toronto and back. I didn't ever get the electric personal transport cart but the Air Canada people that pushed me in a wheelchair were great. Very friendly and supportive. My return flight from Toronto to Ottawa got cancelled - I didn't know that it was possible to cancel a planeload of passengers but obviously it is - and I had to wait for standby which was stressful and nerve-wracking but again the Air Canada staff were great. I got home 6 ½ hours later than I was supposed to.
Great video. I think you were too kind about that lounge though. Didn't get any first class vibes from it at all.
18:22 that was a great shot in the jet bridge of the boac livery
I think the BOAC livery looks better on the 747 than the current one.
I think the BOAC retro livery looks absolutely amazing.
Seeing the staff at check in just made me think just how Chicago that check in really was and how genuine the people are! It's one of my favorite US Cities!
Royal Air Jordan livery reminds me alot of President Trump's private jet
Ya
I'm surprised the narcissistic liar, doesn't insist his plane is used to fly him around at tax payers ex-pence
@@JR-playlists he does that on Air Force One, just like every other president has done in the last 60 years
Yeah
J R ex-pence? think you need some ed-cation pal
I flew long haul first class on Thai and they were absolutely amazing! Lovely food, comfy seat, great staff and the ife was perfect. Even the lounges had amazing food in!
Very British kids, has fantastic table manners 😉
@Airbus A340-600
Don't you mean the "Londonstan" kids?
@Airbus A340-600
Seems like Brexit is the last chance for the English and UK to
stop the flood of "brown tide" invaders from destroying what is left of a once great Empire.
I flew with two children under 5, London to LA. The flight was full, we were in the 5 seat row in a 747, this was 1986, no inflight entertainment, just the big screen at the front. The flight was full of kids, as soon as we took off they all started screaming! The air pressure gave them earache. The American lady in our 5th seat was a nurse and was called on by the crew to go to check all the kids! My kids were ok 🙏.
Then the airline cancelled the adult movie and played a Bugs Bunny cartoon, stroke of genius! All the kids were silent.
The nurse in our row was so lovely and helped me get through that crowded flight with two youngsters, who were well behaved 😇I’ll never forget her.
Great review mate! Love to see you on British Airways! Safe travels!
I am watching Noel’s Reports from the beginning and I told a year ago he will be one of the greatest one day! Once again! Great family, very natural and not scripted! Sam Who? Ch... he will get the million followers! Looking forward to your Brazil trips!
Thank you Philipp!
That is amazing you hear and feel the nose gear rise up towards it's bay wow
What a lovely family. I do hope the kids get to enjoy loads of nice holidays and flights as they grow up.
Happy childhood days and years.
Great video. Yes, you're children were fantastic, so well-behaved.
It’s scary how much your son looks like you 😂😂
Also I was flying out of LHR that same morning and watched your flight land from T5 👍🏻
Great video enjoyed watching it have been watching for awhile I just never commented great camera work also keep the videos coming your doing an excellent job
Congrats on the 2,000 subscribers, you always explore a lot of fun places, thanks for taking us along! Hi Jax!
what a great flight, ty for bringing us along Noel :)
Fantastic video! Can’t wait for the next video :D
17:31 "..touch down three and half hours later..." Chicago to Heathrow record breaking flight!
BA are excellent on long haul. My wife and I once took our 7 year old twin boys from LHR - SIN - PER, the looks of horror on our co passengers faces as we sat down was to be remembered, however, after landing we received compliments from all surrounding passengers and crew on their good behaviour, one of the co passengers was the late Trevor Bannister, (Mr Lucas from 'Are you being served') we sat and chatted with him for an hour or so, what a nice chap!
Children speaking in English accents - I am in a diabetic coma over the cuteness!!
Brilliant video! Very cheap actually! Keep it up Noel and hope you and your family are well!
Your son is a miniature version of u
Ah the nostalgia of pre-covid flying 😭😭😭. I flew United Polaris First Class in the 767 from LHR-EWR 2 times. It was easily the most relaxing and pleasurable flights ever and I can’t wait to do it again. My next flight is this weekend on JetBlue Mint and I’m ecstatic! Can’t wait.
I flew BA first class LHR-SYD via SIN years ago and yes it was amazing in the late 90\s. You could have what you wanted, whenever you wanted it and as much as you wanted plus yes super friendly!!! Great video.
Hi Noel
Great to see the family enjoying travelling with you. I still think BA need to invest in more style and quality. The first class lounge was like a back room in a small pub, you are a first class passenger!! COME ON BA pull your socks up and start raising your standards.
Kind regards
DS
Noal your children are beautifully well behaved, so many obnoxious self entitled rude adults could learn a lesson. I can say that I have always found that the BA cabin crew are always exceptional and professional a credit to the airline and Britain🇬🇧
So true
Never seen someone so enthusiastic about a Boeing 747 toilet.
Keep up the videos Noel I love them
Love the window design and ORD is just an amazing airport (albeit a big too large if you are pressed for time). Nice relaxed video style!
Love the videos like this, sets you apart from other trip reporters.
Thank you so much for the heart!
Great check in staff in the USA...wow glad you captured that on video !! Brave man with the youngsters but very well behaved. Yes Royal Jordanian does have a lovely livery ! Mind you the BA Retro livery looks pretty good as well !! Were your nuts warm ? 1st Class for the young ones...what an experience !! The full breakfast !! Love it !! Most excellent review Noel and what a price for 1st Class ! So glad the kids enjoyed it as much as I did !! Well done mate again !!
Loved this review thanks for sharing. You must be very proud of such well behaved children, what a credit to you and your wife 👍
1st class Kids. They are a credit to you and your wife. Really enjoyed this even after two years.
Everybody should open their napkins like that.
@KingOfHammer
I have to say I'm a adult and I found that hilarious, and would have had a hard time not laughing if I was sitting nearby them. Hahaa.
Your kids are so well behaved. I was impressed when your son knew about the cutlery at the first class dining.
What’s impressive about that? He should know. That’s basic table manners.
@@francismcdonnell753 Is it fun having a stick up the rear?
Scandinavian Roar you should know!
In my country these kids were rambunctious. I would never start doing snow angels on the dirty terminal floor !
splicer91 Just a question of education if you explain and show them how to use it no problem. By the way I'm not sure all grown ups would know how to use these cutlery.
Next time remember to use the arrivals lounge. There is a first class section with waiter service. Also showers and spa treatments. Great way to freshen up after an overnight flight.
British kids sound so polite lol
Great video 👍
You flew straight south of my house just east of Toronto, If you weren't delayed I would've saw you between 7:15 and 7:30 EDT
John Oke No, you would have *seen* the aircraft. There is no such thing as “have saw” unless you’re speaking of the contents of your toolbox.
I love the reaction at 19:00 when he says not to get used to it 😅.
What a fun video to watch, given the kids. These days I enjoy taking my grandkids on trips. Seeing the old BOAC livery blew my mind! I remember flying Boston - Manchester on a BOAC VC-10 in 1967. That will date me for sure. (I was an 18 year-old punk headed out to study in England for a year as an exchange student.)
I live in Chicago. Wish I could have seen you!
Your son looks like a mini Noel, literally.
It looks like you had a really nice family vacation. You have a wonderful family and thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much
The BOAC livery must be one of the coolest in aviation's history, all airlines should follow this great idea. Congrarulations for your video it was great!
Not sure the BOAC livery quite goes back to the 50s/60s. More like 70's.
I was also very lucky to have flown first back from Washington to London and I absolutely loved it crew were friendly and engaging just like the ones you had, the food was excellent as was the seat so it’s great to see a consistent high level from British airways in many aspects of their service
That review was amazing! So informative and really shows BA’s true colours!
What nice and well behaved kids. When I read the title of this video I thought, oh horror of horrors! The food looked incredible and it was nice they also offered a kids' meal.
I haven’t been on first class
But in April I’m flying economy on the upper deck of the Ba A380
I would love to see how they treat your wife on a first class flight with other airlines. As the reason I don't fly long haul is because I am disabled and not every airline caters to ambulatory disabilities
'you can see the airplanes!!!'
Inspirational last words
Brill video as usual and nice to see family having fun
As a recently retired crew member for Ba I worked in first , it was really good to see that your experience was good 😬
Aww your son looks like you! 🥰😃
That looked marvellous and a great report, thanks
Wow!! kids will remember this one!! what a dad!!
I saw you there!!!!
Your son should've been called "Noel Jr." LOL!
What an awesome video!! So Glad Your Children got to experience First in the nose of the Iconic Jumbo!! I still remember my first trip in First on QF on 747-300 Sydney-Cairns in January 1989!! Awesome Experience
I’ll be honest, I thought you were going to do the same thing like they did in Home Alone: First Class for the adults, Economy for the kids.
Enjoyed this one immensely. Great to see how the staff interacted with your children on the ground and in the air. Super service.
Thanks Blake! Yes the cabin crew were absolutely phenomenal. The lady looking after us treated them like her own kids, it was truly lovely.
Your kids are so so freaking lucky. I've flown in business class around 3-4 when I was a infant and toddler bouncing between Tokyo and San Francisco. But now since I am a kid (10) my parents almost NEVER buy us premium tickets on planes. I flew Virgin Premium on the A350 between Heathrow and JFK but thats all of my premium flights since I was 5. I personally think it is worth it to fly in style like this, I'm from Japan and living in America and flying 10 hours back home in economy is a nightmare.
You flew right over me on the coast of Lake Michigan after takeoff. I love when ohare puts the European routes right over us at around 5,000 feet.
Great video. I’ve been fond of the 747 all my life. She is very dear to me. I will always stand by the Queen.
The Duke of Edinburgh might upset
roasthunter I meant the Queen of the Skies, my friend. I still appreciate Queen Elizabeth II
@@jayd1426 I know I thought your comment was cool. We flew a Virgin Atlantic 747 to Orlando and back in the summer, nice planes, real shame most airlines are retiring them for more economical planes.
roasthunter yes indeed. The 747 Is and will always be the Queen of the Skies. She is an icon of aviation, peace, and unconditional love. Heartbreaking to see the 747s disappearing.
roasthunter yeah. I guess fuel efficiency, better economics, and environmental friendliness does take precedence over the glory ad greatness of the 747.
Amazing look at BA First class. That would be an amazing trip and you got a steal on those flights. Do you know if the January sale is offered to American residents?
Thank you Tom! And yes it’s open to all. Check out FlyerTalk around the last few days of December.
Good to see you with the family - keep up the good work , always fantastic content 👍🏻
Thanks 👍
I followed up your flight on G-BYGC=BA294, ORD-LHR on27/08/2019. at Chesham you did a couple of circuits at 10,000 ft. The kids would have really loved it! Well done that man!
Your kids look just like you!! 😂😂
Much better looking than me!
Person in first class: OH MY DAYS THIS IS SO COOOOOL
(Kids walk in) ugh I’d rather be in Economy!
Economy be like
3 babys crying
Samuel McDonald not the case with me. I’d rather business class than first class. And if someone would dare to be put me in economy on a flight that is 5 hours+ I’m going to go crazy
I know a multi-millionaire's sons flew in first class and can only imagine that they behaved themselves.
I love all of your videos, Noel. I flew on first class from Sāo Paulo to Tokyo via Los Angeles once and it was an amazing 24-hr flight.
Loved this ❤ thank you 😊. Could see you all enjoyed it x
