Tiramisu log / Tiramisu roll cake

Tiramisu is always a success, so for the holidays I offer it to you in the form of a mascarpone cream log, a very simple recipe for a beautiful frothy, light and tasty log.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 120 g of flour
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 200 ml of whole liquid cream
- 70 g icing sugar
- bitter cocoa
- espresso coffee
