I would dissagree. In the AVA3, Dark Lord acted as legal enforcer. Therefore all the things he did in that animation until betrayal should not be counted as crime. Because it was Alans Pc and he was working for the legal authority, obeying the order from the legal owner of the PC. Also another case, all the crimes commited by the Virabots should be considered as 'Imploying MAD' as we wouldnt count each death as a murder in a case of criminal/terror use of a nuclear bomb. Therefore it should either be one Death Sentence or Life Imprisonment. One more thing, damage done to the animator shouldnt be considered murder.
