Hello once again to what could possibly be the last update to The Unofficial FailRace GTA Championship this season, depending on if any more races get uploaded before August. Crazy to think I've been doing this since the first race of September, and no matter the flaws I've had throughout I'm glad I've had so many interactions with you. If this does turn out to be the last one, come August I will post another comment here with season stats and the (un)official championship crowning. 01. Gliscor - 473 points. 02. Alex - 472 points. 03. Dangerman - 461 points. 04. Liam - 412 points. 05. Ewan - 373 points. 06. Level8 - 307 points. 07. Longbow - 286 points. 08. Impega - 244 points. 09. Brazen - 222 points. 10. Amy - 199 points. 11. Blakey - 183 points. 12. Laddo - 177 points. 13. Mute - 169 points. 14. Ninetales - 143 points. 15. Chris - 121 points. 16. Stevie - 120 points. 17. Hyper - 36 points. 18. Jowo - 33 points. 19. Crane - 18 points. 20. Bumpy - 15 points. 21. Stinty - 7 points 22. Shadow - 6 points. 23. Aaron - 1 points. Gliscor holds the lead by one whole point from Alex, with Dangerman only eleven points behind, still within range of overtaking in the standings. Liam meanwhile becomes only the fourth racer to jump into the four hundred point club. Otherwise, the table stays as is but if there are more races, its still all to play for. If there is no next time, I will be back in September with the improved Season 2 format. If there is a next time, I shall see you then!
It would be really cool if you added the win count or podium finishes. I think it would add a lot of value and you could see who earns points by wins or just by consistency
this track produced some of the best racing ive seen from the failrace crew. is it possible to turn this track into a transform race? i feel like even priis would have some close wheel to wheel racing here
That first race looked like you got the old Audi S1 Group B class from the 80's. No wonder that thing is all kinds of twitchy. Even highly experienced rally drivers had trouble keeping that monster under control, much less with other cars around.
Hey FailRace. There is a track that Nitro Rallycross runs on in Jay, Oklahoma called MidAmerica Outdoors that has some massively bank corners. I think Travis Pastrana is building the future of rallycross right now.
_"On tonight's FailRace:_ _"Alex plays "Follow the Car Ahead"._ _"Ninetales finds another unique parking spot._ _"And how hectic can some pickup trucks be on a rallycross circuit?"_ I forgot this was a Pw3n circuit, so nice to see a vid on it. I got to wonder how Ninetales does it - find the best way to park a car during a race! 🤣
Great vid, racing was brilliant, i didn't think the first race could be topped but the second just as good. It's been mentioned, but brilliant commentary whilst racing. Well done, i hope one day my videos are as enjoyable as this.
Alex, I just looked up the Walton and the Walton is primarily based on the 1991-1993 Chevrolet S-10, with the rear inspired by the fourth generation Toyota Hilux.
Well here we are folks. As I now prepare to take my summer break we come to the end of the first ever Unofficial FailRace GTA Championship! It's been a long time, quite a few trials and more maths than I've done since secondary school. After a recount, a few missing points for fastest lap have been added on but the standings have not changed. 01. Gliscor - 474 points. 02. Alex - 473 points. 03. Dangerman - 461 points. 04. Liam - 412 points. 05. Ewan - 374 points. 06. Level8 - 307 points. 07. Longbow - 286 points. 08. Impega - 244 points. 09. Brazen - 222 points. 10. Amy - 199 points. 11. Blakey - 183 points. 12. Laddo - 177 points. 13. Mute - 169 points. 14. Ninetales - 144 points. 15. Chris - 121 points. 16. Stevie - 121 points. 17. Hyper - 36 points. 18. Jowo - 33 points. 19. Crane - 18 points. 20. Bumpy - 15 points. 21. Stinty - 7 points 22. Shadow - 6 points. 23. Aaron - 1 points. In a championship battle closer than most years in F1, Gliscor, by a single point, is your first ever Unofficial FailRace GTA Champion. For much of the season it felt like Alex was running away with it, but these last few months Gliscor and Dangerman reeled him back in. A massive congratulations to Gliscor! Wins Dangerman - 15 Gliscor - 13 Alex - 9 Liam - 9 Level8 - 7 Ewan - 6 Brazen - 4 Ninetales - 4 Impega - 3 Laddo - 2 Blakey - 2 Longbow - 2 Amy - 2 Stevie - 1 Dangerman boasts the most wins in the first Championship, with Gliscor close behind and Alex and Liam sharing first. Liam takes second in this table, with Alex and Gliscor tied for third. Fastest laps Level8 - 12 Gliscor - 9 Blakey - 6 Ewan - 6 Brazen - 6 Impega - 5 Liam - 5 Alex - 5 Longbow - 4 Stevie - 4 Laddo - 4 Dangerman - 3 Ninetales - 3 Chris - 2 Amy - 2 Stevie - 1 Jowo - 1 Bumpy - 1 Level8 proves himself to be the king over one lap, gathered the most fastest laps in this first season. Gliscor has the second most, with Blakey, Ewan and Brazen all sharing third. Well there we have it, the first season has come to a close. I've had my difficulties in this, but it's been a lot of fun and I have a few ideas for a couple of improvements for when Season 2 starts in September. But until then, thank you all, I shall see you next time... And please congratulate your champion, GLISCOR!
I've started building some tracks myself and I was wondering if anyone knew what the wall prop used here was? The one that's used alongside a building block to create that narrow opening right at the start of the race, plus there's a bunch in the beach area along the length of the tracks. I assumed it was a raised track, but I can never get raised tracks to "phase" through the floor, buildings, etc. And some of these didn't seem to be the right size…
Everyone in the race knows that they can aggressively move past you because you are way to nice to capitalize on a corner bump. You are to sportsman-like, sometimes you've got to be a bit aggressive to win, or at least respond in kind. Just my humble opinion. 🙂
The truck is based on the 1st generation chevy s10 very popular compact truck here in the states
Can confirm this
Yes definitely s-10 gmc also had a s-15 I believe
4.3 L V6 engine. Basically Chevy takes two cylinders off there V8.
@@EvanMoon My friend has one and put a V8 in it. I convinced him to keep the manual transmission. Blast to drive.

You're the man. Fucking rad that you do this.
Looking forward to it you’re an icon for the failrace community

amazing commentary whilst part od the race. multitasking skills of a god
Fantastic circuit. Love the diverse road conditions, the interesting scenery, and the lovely close racing!
Okay, that first race was thrilling. Really dig the track, just wish there were a couple larger straightaways
Damn, that first race was absolutely fun to watch. I was on the edge of my seat lol

That truck race was incredible!
Recently watching so much BeamNG watching you slap a wall and continue unfazed is almost comical.

Tough luck on that last lap, had a feeling that spot was going to be the make or break moment for a lot of people.
Wow that first race was amazing
This track with a Jelly Roll would be fun too!
lovely vireo and quite the epic circuit!
Love all the Pride flags in the first race! Rainbow, ace, non-binary, trans, and probably a couple others I missed. Beautiful!
Brazen was owning the first race for a good while

this'd be a great track for a Random All race
Chevy S10, love them so much I have two.
I'd like to see some creative track building skills in Dirt 5. I know there's a lot of potential for some mean tracks.
The welcome return of "where is ninetales" and "how the bloody hell did they get there"
Your comentations get me so hyped😂
Alex is really good at it.
The pickup is a chevy s 10 from the 90s
I've started building some tracks myself and I was wondering if anyone knew what the wall prop used here was? The one that's used alongside a building block to create that narrow opening right at the start of the race, plus there's a bunch in the beach area along the length of the tracks.
I assumed it was a raised track, but I can never get raised tracks to "phase" through the floor, buildings, etc. And some of these didn't seem to be the right size…
This guy should have been a sports host.
Those trucks were first generation S-10 Pick Up from Chevy, or S-15 from GMC
Alex: "Today we have a newer vehicle" shows the omnis that been in the game for a very long time... Common Alex, you know GTA better than that
Having uninstalled GTA six months ago (on principle), when Alex said that at the beginning I was SO confused.
So when alex said new car was he refering ot the truck or the 8 year old Omnis?
The truck is a 1980s Chevrolet s-10 or a eighty’s Toyota
This track has some Dirt 2 Rallycross vibes
For some reason, those remind me of slot cars.
great racing
It's a first gen Chevy S10

Is this the pride raceway
Loving the pride flags on the track. Not quite so subtle this time around
Was just about to comment that, but couldn't figure out a way in how to word it, lol.
Are they ever really all that subtle? I mean you might miss them on the first lap, but they're usually pretty obvious by the third.
Makes sense considering 95% of the film crew is some form of pride
Makes sense because they’re all decent human beings. That is, at the end of the day, all that is required
Jack, you make the content entertaining regardless of the game. But don't feel obligated to play this, lol
I am disappointed in the video title fail;
if it would of been me??? I would of titled it:
“UP TO MY OLD TRUCK’S”!!!!!!
😅😅😅😅😅😅
3:47 - If I were playing GTA I would be using either “THIS CAR” or the “MCLAREN F-1 GTR” all the time……
12:13 - 12:20 - and now “YOU GOT TO CHANGE THE VIDEO TITLE”
“BECAUSE YOU JUST BLOODY DID IT”!!!!!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The truck looks like a mid-70s International Harvester 150.
