This really shows the legacy and lineage of Alibre as a trueblood engineering CAD system. Some of these tools either took ages to add or are straight up missing from competitive CAD systems.
I am so glad you are doing these videos. I've owned alibre for years and I love it. I think it's the best value in modeling software. These videos are showing all kinds of features it didn't know about. Thank you
I have a question on creating instructions for a large assembly. The way I would do it in Inventor is create a presentation, and dissassemble the assembly one or two components at a time. Each presentation in Inventor allows you to keep iterating on this process and saving snashots to be used in a mutipage assembly set of instructions. What process in Alibre would you recommend to do something similar. My guess would be to break out subassemblies and show explosions? If there is a known process, I would love to know since I make lots of large assemblies and need to document assembly instructions for these assemblies.
The "view selections" make it so easy to understand the model and how it will be shown. Excellent tutorial.

Hey Patrick! Great question. I'll send you an email.
@@AlibreLLC Thanks
