I hear that, @BodyBagS. I find that often too. My suggestion for you, though, is that you consider what kind of thing you're trying to learn. If it's something like science or engineering or math, I like going to UA-cam to see what's there, but some things are better to learn from a trusted adult. For example, I would not go to UA-cam to learn about relationships, or religion, or politics; there is too much opinion out there that people are stating as fact. I hope you have an adult in your life that you can look up to as a good role model, who can help you become the best person that you can be. I hope that wasn't too 'heavy' 😀
I'm glad you asked, Beanyys. When you place the protractor on the one line of the angle you want to measure, see whether the angle's line points at the zero of the inner scale or the outer scale. Whichever one it is, that's the one you use. Another way of looking at it is this: Look at the video at 2:55 - I have lined up the bottom line of my protractor with the line inside the circle. I look for the zero that it's pointing to, at the edge of the circle, on the protractor. Is it on the inner scale or the outer scale? Whichever one it is, that is the scale you use. Also: watch at 3:16 for about 15 seconds; it shows that you start counting at the zero and count up until you get to the appropriate angle. I hope this helps; if not, let me know and I'll make a quick video to demonstrate. Happy math-ing! 🙂
My school teacher is a big sh*t He always compliments himself that he is that , he is this No one cloud understand his taught lessons Thanks I was going to fail because of him but you saved me😊
Hi there! The easiest way for a 115.8° angle is to make your base line, put your protractor down on it as described in the video, with the end of the line right at the mid-point of the protractor (where the 90° line meets the 0° line). Start counting at the zero where your line is pointing to, past 10°, 20°, 90° and all the way to 115.8°. Put a dot there at 115.8°. Move your protractor and use either the bottom of your protractor or a ruler to connect the dot you just made to the end of the line that was at the mid-point of your protractor. Don't forget to label your angle! Best to you, J
Yes, it's been a while; I'm sorry. I used to post these videos for students in my class and anyone else who might be helped by them, but I'm not teaching in a classroom currently. I'm happy to make more content - I love doing it - what do you want to see? Have a great day!
I'm really sorry to hear that. If you'd like to let me know what was hard to understand, I'd be happy to try something different that may be better for you. Just let me know 🙂
I'm sorry to read that you did not find this useful, @chunch469. I hope that you find another source that helps you better. Alternatively, let me know what you're looking for help with, and I'll see if I can create something that may be better suited to what you need.
I learn more on UA-cam on my own than I ever did in school.

How do you decide whether to use the inner scale or the outer scale?
