- Hello everyone! This video takes you through a typical meal prep video for my flight attendant life! This video is a little different because I was assigned airport standby but either way it shows a lot of what I normally eat and bring to work. Hi Jess, I’m a FA too and to save safe in my lunch box. I took out all those plastic containers out and only use one now. I put the rest of the food in those reusable plastic bags. It saves a ton of space.
Yes!! I actually do the same as well! I still use some containers but I use a lot of bags too 😊
LOVE the dedication to nutrition!!! That's how you stay in such great shape 👍 You didn't talk about any new accidents, so I'll put that order of bubble wrap on hold.......for now 🤪

HII, So I didn't add them for this one because I was staying at my friends when I cooked it all so I didn't have my ice packs with me! That's kind of why I put it in the fridge in our crew room :)
