Hi Anu, is the bed on the softer side or the firm side? Is it bouncy?
For now I have put the soft side up. It will not be very bouncy like a spring mattress.

I would say 8. It is pretty comfortable and it doesn't hurt your back as it provides enough amount of support.

Hi anu, thanks for this video... I'm confusing between Dual Comfort Mattress and orthopedic memory foam mattress. I'm don't have any back pain issue. what is your suggestion for me?
Hi! Thanks for watching. The dual comfort mattress has two sides (soft and hard). The orthopedic mattress has three layers of which the top layer is of memory foam and will take the shape of your body. It also has an extra layer (Differential pressure zone layer) which is good for the spine. I hope this answers your question.
Orthopedic memory foam price increased 1000 rs just in 5 days this is not fair
