Love Supertramp! Please go down that rabbit hole. Logical Song Take the Long Way Home Breakfast in America Bloody Well Right Dreamer
All those have already been reacted to. Check the back catalogue.
Roger Hodgson went solo and did an amazing song: Had A Dream (Sleeping With The Enemy). Wilburn should react to that one. He and his girl are the two best reactors i've seen. They make some good observations/ comments.
The albums Crisis & Crime are just as good.
This is a fun one! I'm pretty sure the rain is a metaphor for crying. Losing a friend...
I always enjoy watching you two! (I also love the rain)
Losing a friend ....yes.......Or just a big down turn in your life causing a pain in your heart. It is a Metaphor though. When you recover the sun comes out again.
I love all Supertramp songs! This one is upbeat even though the lyrics are sad. ❤❤❤
Such a cool song like so many by them.
I love what your wife is wearing, spiffy and great song choice too!
Yes please go down the Supertramp rabbit hole!
Goodbye Stranger
Give a Little Bit
Take the Long Way Home
Not the most complicated Supertramp arrangments, but a very sweet song--Dee's right--the kids and the sax solo on the end was the capper!!
I'm listening to this in the middle of a snowsquall whiteout!
do you live in South Dakota?
@@charlesdavis7461 No I'm up around Georgian Bay in Ontario.
Haha! I’Ll swap you! You can have our 30 plus degrees Celsius and I’ll have your snow! Lol! Merry Christmas, Peace and Blessings from Australia.
@@wendyryder2708 Wow! Yes I forgot your summer has just started. Hope the forest fires give you all a break this year. You have Merry Christmas too! Although it's a poor excuse to pick a mans pocket every 25th of December! LOL!
Love love this. Not sure how many of their songs you have sampled, but please consider bloody well right, Rudy, dreamer, everything from breakfast in America, and my favorite - the amazing Even in the Quietest moments. They are SO underrated
They've reacted to a few Supertramp songs already, but I've told them, too, about Even in the Quietest Moments. Also my favorite by them! I think Dee will love it, it's so beautiful!
can you do a reaction to Your Poppa Don't Mind by Supertramp
I loved this song - the video was played a lot on MTV because there weren’t a lot of videos at first. The video is really nice- very cinematic. Great song.
Ha ha funny start and funny end well done guys another nice reaction. I don't like rain most times but I do love it when you wake up in the morning and hear those drops outside and you roll over and go back to sleep because you know it's the weekend and you don't have to get up and go to work lol, love it! Great song choice.
I love this song. I am a huge Supertramp fan and I believe you have to give the guys “the right” to mix up their tempos and arrangements. Even Pink Floyd has some stuff that doesn’t do anything for me, but I still love them too. Nobody can, or should, be esoteric and stoic all the time. A little fun and lighthearted music is good for your soul
Also love the tramps. When the lessers were listening to Abba the tramps were my music. Albums Crisis & Crime
@@RexAlfieLee …..I always figured it was talking about the end of another relationship, as in girlfriends. I thought it went along with, “Goodbye Stranger”.???
@@MrPolleyr Tramps were often in that spectrum of configuring themes. I nearly always mention to these reactors that the greatest part of the 70s & 80s music were the themes they created & to isolate one song from another is an unfair reaction to their brilliance. This is made obvious by Floyd's Wish You Were Here & Dark Side albums as well as Moody Blues' Children's Children's Children or Small Faces' Ogden's Nut Flake Tobacco album. Both Steely Dan & the Tramps had a habit of producing themes but not always as obvious. I love Ain't Nobody & Hide In Your Shell most of all.
Such a good band!
A request: Robert Palmer trilogy.
His debut album in '75 has an amazing trilogy...
Sailin' Shoes
Hey Julia
Sneakin' Sally through the Alley
... each song is about 3 min
..a 9 min masterpiece!
Please!?
I highly recommend their song "Don't leave me now" If you've never heard a harmonica weep , you will have when you get done with that one ! For me personally it's a tear jerker
Walk softly walk softly on this heart of mine it's a song it walks off lays by the Kentucky headhunters they do it
Wow so many great bands and artists came out in the 70's you guys have no idea just how great the 70's was for music
Love jammin to some Supertramp
Happy Holidays Wilburns
Much Love ❤️ PEACE ✌️
Just got back home from shopping for Christmas dinner.... Nearly $200 later, and still need a few things! And I make almost everything homemade, from scratch, for approx 25 people! Three days of cooking... By Christmas night, I'm SOOOOO over it! 😂 But, still love Christmas! 🎄🤶
Great 70s pop rock
Some pleasant sax at the end, ok tune
It's raining in the SE of England where I live on Monday at 12:30 am and I've just listened. Dee, try not to let Chod wind you up. Now that it's rained the snow we have had as now gone from my garden.
Jefferson Airplane, White Rabbit Mr Wilburn I love showers too, especially on a tin roof.
Fun song but I agree with most of the other comments, from from their best. To be honest though, lots of bands had one or two songs that weren’t exactly in their lane. ✌️😄
I always loved the music to this song. But the lyrics seem to be sad.
Its about a breakup, listen deeply, Supertramp have that rare skill of making a catchy beat with many layers that almost create Iidoms within a song and a tune, or metaphor might be better within a song. Its once their secrets that make them so great, gawd I miss the Sax and the Wurlitzer electric piano. Music had so much more depth of sound and creativity. can't beat the real thing .
Y esa peruana q ase hay
This was not one of their more popular albums. There was a lot of disharmony in the band at the time, and Roger Hodgson left after this album. Other songs from this album to try “Old Brown Shoes” “My Kind of Lady” “Don’t Leave Me Now”
I eat doctor feel
I don't know why but every time I hear this I think of the arithmetics here comes here comes the rain again by the arithmetics I don't know I don't know
If that was a love button for analytics or unlocks it's love button I would smash that no I want to smile
just ok they got lot better
The weakest song on the album, by far. Even weaker than Bonnie.
a HORRIBLE piece of pop drivel, by a band that had some incredible moments...
Supertramp is my 2nd favorite band, but I NEVER want to hear this crappy song again. They have so many songs of much higher quality, both musically and lyrically
