Alright, so I believe I have a concept from this.
Death-The executor, eliminates the body so the soul may pass on.
Death 2- There to explain both how the soul died, and what the soul can be allowed to to during death.
Grim Reaper-Accountant, he makes sure the souls have been taken, without any mistakes
Grimm-Unknown, Possibly there to make a deal or a game with a living being, to give them extra time.
Tiny Reaper- Idfk, marketing? There to make a face for the brand I guess.
Padington-Entertainer, there to bring joy in the last moments of the person being slain.
I mean Jenya's is a guide for the soul, and the only times he directly interacted with the living were
1) When he switched roles with Life ( Death never felt more alive )
and
2) When he told a cat that no, he won't come after the soul of the neighbor's dog.
Then what's Final Destination Death the guy who fucks up the rotation with so much paper work for the other deaths just to get that one person who escaped them.
Which makes him the Black Sheep of all Deaths
There’s also Thanatos who is the personification of death and he brings souls to the underworld along with Hermes. There’s the Valkyries who bring warriors to Valhalla. There’s anubis and anuput who are both gods of the dead In Egyptian mythology. There’s dea Tacita the goddess of death in Roman mythology and I’m going stop there because there are a lot gods and goddesses of death in mythology.

I love Comic Dub Death's inclusion. He's called the "Loving Death," but the fact that he joined in on the collective "No" makes him and this comic much funnier.
Knowing how many versions of death there are in different religions and mythologies, I can't help but imagine a version like this in which Thanatos, Anubis, a Valkyrie and an Angel of Death fight over trying to collect the soul of a mummified Viking with a Greek name who died in battle, who had two coins put in his eyes when he died and who had Christian faith.
If you want to add even more you could put this in space and have a Custodian there

I like to think of death as literally every single incarnation of it in fiction and they just swap at random when they feel like it or depending on the person who's going to die. So like you get the Discworld Death being all chill and ominous but when someone begins annoying him he swaps into Grim and starts talking shit with a jamaican accent.
Dunno, makes it more fun to imagine my dead relatives that way whenever I start feeling nostalgic about them.

Down to the bone
Something I do like in fiction is when you have multiple versions of death running, especially when the idea is these are different personifications of death. Death as an opponent to be bested, the one you challenge to some sort of contest for your life. Death as an unrelenting hunter, something that is constantly chasing you down and you must constantly run/hide from. Or Death as a friend, a companion who brings relief and rest, someone patiently waiting for you just down the road. Admittedly also the idea there are just a bunch of guys running who think they are the one and only death, until some wires get crossed and they all meet up and go “wait a minute” is pretty funny.

My interpretation of the movie was that the wolf was Puss's personal death, rather than THE grim reaper. Hence why he's a wolf and that puss doesn't immediately recognize him. Also notable how death leaves before Jack Horner dies and doesn't seem to care about the 12 deaths Horner callously causes. The wolf is a manifestation of Puss's inability to take life seriously. He's still Death. Just in a form expertly crafted to teach gatito a lesson.

I think this video perfectly fits within the context of the film considering how many people died around this point in the movie.
...If I am being honest, Note that when he was not following Puss, he was seemingly absent for a sizable portion of the movie.
It maybe less that he is "Puss' Personal Death", but more the fact that he was offscreen when the Baker's Dozen were killed off. He never had to manifest for _them_ personally, because they only had _one_ life, and once that was gone, they were already by Death's side.
In fact, if you had paid attention when puss was about to waste his _Eighth_ Life against the Giant, you can _See_ Lobo!Death in the stairwell just behind the cheering crowd... Who would not have appeared if he was truly _only_ Puss' Personal Death, as Puss would not know.
In fact, If you put the fact that Death Only appeared in the crystal cave and the dark woods where Jack Horner was nowhere nearby, implies that those were Death's "Break Times" from having to slouch after Jack Horner and led away the deceased souls.
I mean, note that Death only appeared at the Wishing Star _After_ Jack Horner did... Death wasn't Following Puss... He was following _Jack Horner!_
Fun fact: Death is the Grim Reaper. Grim Reaper can shapeshift and in the movie came as a wolf, also know as death. He came as a wolf so that he can show more fear to Puss in Boots.

Here’s what i think happened puss went to so many cultures that he accidentally piss off all the other deaths from their respective cultures and without asking each other they kept a eye on him which accidentally created this situation when in reality it was supposed to be the wolf to collect puss’s soul
