- This is probably my favourite of the 16-bit Nice Code games found on the Wiii3's 7 in 1 cart. It's a simple concept but works pretty well, and has a decent amount of charm in its presentation.
The object is to bounce the balls on your creature's tail, which it whips out with an A button press. The balls progress through a set of colours until they reach white, then the next tail-bounce sends them off into the stratosphere. If a ball hits you, you get stunned and it reverts to the lowest orange level for one bounce, before dropping to a non-bouncing black state. Non-tail contact with a black ball is fatal.
Nice Code would reuse this same concept (and music) for games on other hardware too, there's one called Wonder Ball on the vertical VT168-based Classic Max Pocket consoles, and another found on some small-screen handhelds.
I only get up to stage 6 in this video, but it continues adding an extra ball per stage until stage 8, then stage 9 loops back to 1 ball at a faster speed. The different difficulty options just start you on a different speed.
Developed by Nice Code Software / recorded from the Wiii3 (205 in 1)'s 7 game cartridge, PAL version.

cute dinosaur
It’s Bob from Taito’s Bubble Bobble
@@normalbowserguy they're quite similar, but this dinosaur has more reptilian features than bob
title music sounds like a bad midi arrangement of another song
