Definitely it's Terror not error ...first of all we indians dont have any discipline ,cleanliness and social responsibility to each and everyone who always uses trains to travel..and officers are such a lazy and unethical towards their job ..they are just least bothered 😕..they need central govt jobs and perks from it but no responsibility ,it's pure negligence..

This is due to over timing of loco pilot (drive) . This leads to exhausted pilot. Modii government didn't recruit required amount of employees on rail.
