They even twist government departments and place South African organisations under USA control and direction. Im definitely not an expert in the subject, but I heard they will review these frozen Aid funding projects on a case by case basis. The big issue that they (USA) have is they feel that the money is not going towards the intended purpose. Money is being wasted/stolen. It is not just BRICS and Gaza.
