Making Binubudan (Fermented Cassava) for the First Time

  • My sister-in-law would sometimes make Binubudan ay Cassava (Fermented Cassava) and would give us some to taste. I always wanted to try making some so I asked my sister-in-law how to do it and tried with only verbal instructions to follow. While it wasn't exactly correct, it turned out fine. This had been a fun experience for me.
