Shari, I love your mansion! I hope you don’t mind if I copied you to make one for myself. In answer to the comments about the cost of supplies. I have all of the village dies but was able to purchase them from a local craft store which allows 50% off coupons and accepts coupons from other store such as Michaels, JoAnn Fabrics and Hobby Lobby. It took a while but with gifts and purchasing this way I have accrued them all. The Distress paints are hard to come by lately, and I was unable to find all thee colors you used. I purchased Folkart Acrylic paints and matched them up as best I could. They are a matte finish paint. I added some water to make them more fluid, and they worked just fine. Folkart paints are about $1.49 a bottle compared to Distress Paints which are 4.99 a bottle. The Village dies are an investment to be sure, and I purchased them with the intent of making a Haunted village for Halloween, a Spring Village for Easter, and a Winter Village.
Wow! This is amazing! Would you ever consider doing a voice-over on a project video like this? I love the way it looks, but your painting technique looks very complicated. I would love to know your thought process as you're building up the color. I am afraid to spend so much on these dies (they aren't inexpensive)

love her designs - it is too bad the sped up presentation and lack of voice over are so off putting! Surely there is a way to tape short segments with brief audio---
fascinating to watch, thougha voice-over wouldmake it more instructive!
I was really enjoying that but then you just cut to the end with the finished project, without showing how you finished it! There was a lot of repetition and space in the 14 mins you could have edited out so you could have shown how you completed the project. Very frustrating!
That's to time consuming. There is no way I would do a project like that. And what do u do with it . When your done
It is art! You take the base you are given and you make it your own. And then you use it as halloween decor, or just as art for arts' sake. I display everything I make, as space allows, -- whatever season or holiday -- as ART. IT'S ART!
