The Peabody library here in Baltimore. Just a beautiful building and a nice quiet space. And there is a state park near me that has gorgouse sunflower fields in summer 💛 🌻
If everyone could talk without any fear to the closest ones and share support and simpathy it would be definetly much better place we live in. Thank you for your courage of sharing your personal and so delicate part of your life which also is a great support to those ones in same situations. P.S. The dinner looks fantasticly delicious and beautiful! You are the sunshine! 💚🧡

I recently dehydrated wild garlic in my airfrier and it's so much faster to a dehydrator. I added a good amount of leaves into the basked and then placed two metal spoons on top, to prevent the leaves from floating around. 100C and 8 min and it was crisp dry :) then I powdered it in my blender and dehydrated actually for 1 hr to remove the remaining moisture. I mixed the powder with salt, stored part in a jar and used more to make pesto with cashews, nooch, salt, pepper and lemon juice
Im not using dihydrater to dry my herb.. im using trays from my oven, put kitchen towel and placing the herbs on it.. put all of that on the top of my fridge. Leaving it for two days, and gently moving the herbs from place to place on the tray, every couple of todays.. when is completely dried, I'm packing it in to jar.. or different methods.. tide the herbs by and hanging it on the wall or window ( for eg mushrooms can be done that way as well in oven after backing leave for a bit.., but window is ok) can be on aluminium tray leave on the radiator in winter...
Your wild garlic looks a lot like the wild onions, called ramps, that we have in the northeastern United States. I like to saute them but people also dehydrate them into powder like you did and they call it 'ramp salt'. 🤗
so excited for the cookbook and looking forward to the english version. 🙈 just recently found my spark for vegan "gourmet" cooking. or just cooking sth vegan that is not a one-pot-recepies :D thanks for your down to earth videos ^^

@@juliamoreno3219 well I also didn’t have time to make it, I add more things than wild garlic to my pesto, like olive oil, pine nuts etc and I would have to go to the store to get them, which is why I said I didn’t have time

Either my room or our garden, depends on the mood 😊
Anywhere it's quiet, zen like decor/garden and the less humans, the better for this introvert lol. Hugs to you Gittemary ❤😊
My garden and my stable with my horses

That’s wood sorrel also called oxalis. Very pretty assortment of herbs!
Hi Gittermary. Sounds divine. I dehydrated & ground down spring onions. The smell & flavour is absolutely divine. 🇦🇺
Amazing 🤩

Thanks for those videos. I absolutely love them. You're my favorite UA-camr. Just so you know.
Gittemary when you said Fuck yeah after smelling the fresh wild garlic I loved your expression for that amazing sentiment
I love your videos, I live in Korean and the schedule makes them the perfect way to start and finish my school weeks

I saw an article a week ago that Martha Steward has a tiny house /shed just for her wicker baskets. So you have some rome left;)
daaaaamn, must be nice 😂💪
In the US we call “de- podding” your peas “Shelling”.
THAT’S IT

You’re awesome Gitte 😊❤
These dishes look so professional💫
Aw thank youuuu
I love the painting above your bed! 💕 is it one of your mums pieces?
Yes it is one of my mum’s ✨🤩
That wild garlic looks like what some people here call “ramps” -I wish I had some right now😊
Ramps and wild garlic are slightly different I think actually, something with bulb size
where can i find the solid shampoo and conditioner that you mentioned ?
any online store?
I saw that garlic powder and immediately thought “ahhh yes, the forbidden matcha” 😂
oh no 👀👀👀

I love wild garlic.
More salt, more fat, and fresh herbs 👏 well said!
I grow a bit of wild garlic on my balcony. There are a few spots in parks in Brussels where it abounds, but it is forbidden to forage any of it.
At least where I live we would call that "shelling" the peas.
In English, we say that you "shell" peas/beans/nuts
I forgot 🫣
or.... use the same cork screw you got it out with the first time?
Am I to assume that your book will be published in Danish first and at some point in English?
Yes the book will come out in Danish first and then I’ll start on the English edition
So true with the more of everything 😂 WAY more salt, butter and oil.
10 is so still morning
whaaaat 😩
@@Gittemary ahaha well when you were like good morning its 10 so not really morning but yeah 10 is still morning so your good haha
How is 10 not the morning?!?! 😂
What 10 is not morning 😂👀
Next time just use your food processor to grind the wild garlic
In total making pesto probably would've been quicker lol just throw everything into a blender/food processor, press the button and you're done
The shelf life is longer for dried herbs, and as a powder it is a lot more versatile ✌️
@@Gittemary yeah I know and it was a good idea 😊 but you said you didn't have time to make pesto. Maybe you meant you didn't have time to eat it
@@juliamoreno3219 well I also didn’t have time to make it, I add more things than wild garlic to my pesto, like olive oil, pine nuts etc and I would have to go to the store to get them, which is why I said I didn’t have time
@@Gittemary ahh I didn't know you didn't have the ingredients and I know what goes in pesto lol
My allotment 😀
