The Samsung curd maestro is simply cheating Indian people because ideal curd foming temperature is 46 to 47'C.and fridge temperature is between -1to- 5'C so use your brain I tell you example like when you try making curd in winter it need more time and curd is not thik as desired but in summer it done very well so if you want very good and fast curd you need built-in oven or a place where you can maintain 46'C NOT FRIDGE
