This is not entirely true. You don't have to collect every single collectible, Jotnar shrine, Odin's Ravens, etc. You ONLY need to go to the final room in Veithurguard and fight the giant troll trapped in the cage. After you kill him, he will drop a stone that allows you to open a gold chest. Opening said chest grants you the trophy. Good tutorial on where everything is, though! :)
