It could work depending on your accent, but some accents give the "wait" syllable more time. It's best to find words/phrases that are naturally even and have no highly accented syllables.

@@essenceofmusic9523 Hello! I first want to preface by saying I am by no means a professional! I've been teaching beginner/intermediate for about two years or so now. To answer your question, it largely depends on your style. A lot of pop styles these days use a lot of Chords/progressions as an accompaniment rather than a melody, which requires more notes than chord styles. There are 12 Major and 12 Minor chords, and multiple variations and inversions of each chord. One handy thing is a lot of the same rules apply to each chord, if that makes sense. Like I, IV, V, and VII chords all have similar structure regardless of what Key signature you're playing in. As for the rest, I believe a lot of it largely stems from chords and different ways to play them. I don't know where you are with your teaching, but I would recommend learning the basic types of notes and the notes of the Grand staff first. There are tons of cheatsheets and memory tricks online. Once you learn some of those basics you lay the foundation to be able to play most pieces of sheet music. If you are self-teaching, I highly recommend checking into the Faber Piano Adventures Adult books 1 and 2. I'll leave a link to the website, It's what I've been using with all my students so far. What I love about this curriculum is it's specifically set up to help you self learn if you don't happen to have a teacher, and there are also videos available to help if you are struggling. It starts with the very basics, basic notes, timing/tempo, and overall music structure, and teaches you basic sheet music reading. Each lesson builds upon the last, and introduces basic chords and their structures fairly quickly, but gives you time to absorb before moving on to the next chord or lesson, with exercises to help you absorb the information. Faber also has an exercize book which has helped with major and minor scales which you may find useful, although I think they are mostly just scales, not chords or chord building. I really hope this helps. As I said, I'm not the most skilled professional. I'll leave a link to the website, and please feel free to ask me any more questions. I'm more than happy to help any way that I can. I'm sure there are tons of other resources on UA-cam or online websites as well. Good luck with your playing! Please never give up! But My Questions Was
How many Things are there to Learn In A Piano
I Mean
i Have Yamaha PSR E-373 Basic 61 Keys Keyboard
And i want to know What are Thise Things which are Useful For Playing
Like
TRILLS are for Two Finger Speed and coordinate With Wach other
Arpegios are for Background Music and For Left hand
Inversions are Chord Variations Like
C Major Scales
Chord:- C E G
then its Inversions are like
E G C -- 1st Inversion
G C E -- 2nd Inversion
These Inversions are like *Chord Variation* so that Instead of Basic Chord , After Using Inversion That Chord or Song Look like Decorative or For Good Hearing
Runs are Played On Pianos 🎹 But I Like To Play It On
Strings 🎻
I mean
I am A Simple *Keyboardist* And My Inspiration😍 Is *Yanni* He Is The Reason Why I Like To Play My Keyboard
and The Main Thing is
Man Really Sorry To Say 🙁🙏
i Don't Want to Be *Pianist* I want to Be Multi-Instrument Player
so I Wanna Be *Keyboardist or Synthesizer Player*
But Still I am Learning Some Basic Piano Piece so that My Fingers Can Interact with My Keyboard and To Open My Hand Independency
Still I Know Some Basic Things like
Scales (All 12 Major and Minor)
Chromatic Scale(All 12 Notes)
Chords (Major and Minor)
Inversion (Chord Variation)
Runs (Fast Playing)
Trills (2 Finger Fast Playing)
Arpegios (Background Pattern)
1-2 Fillers ( To Play In Between the song)
Learning Somewhat *Jazz Jumping Patterns* So that i can Apply Those In Song Playing
I Know That Suspended & Augmented Scales and Chords are also Exists But for a While i am Focusing on Just Major And Minor Scales and Chords
(Only Basic Chords )
Not major7 Mojor9
i am Just Focusing on Basic Playing and After 1 to 2 years i will Shift to the Intermediate or Advance Playing and Advance Lessons like Other Scales and chords and Etc
Just i want to Know Gow many things are Still left to Exercise those for Better Playin
Because I dont have a Teacher So No one is Gomna Guide me
As Of Now i Got You as a Pianist Teacher No Matter Either Professional or Not
You are A Piano Teacher that is Really Very Helpful For me Coz You know Maximum Things i mean Next to A lot of Things You know
so i Hope You Can Guide me as a Teacher
and I Need Knowledge Only about What i have to Learn Further As i Mentioned Above that I know Some of the Things above like *Runs,Trills, Inversions*
so actually I want to Know More than This Things so that i can Focus on my playing and improve it day by day
Thank you really Verry Much Mam For your Concern 🥺🙏🙇🙇
