My hopium for Festival in 2025, is that they learned what did and didn't work in 2024 for the game's first year. If they could allocate their budget to getting more people on the team at Harmonix and Rhythm Authors, I think that would help a ton. I get the feeling the Festival team is being spread thin, and Rhythm Authors might be working with incredibly tight deadlines (hence the pad drum chart quality specifically declining). I don't think the game is going away, which is a good thing. But if they want it to succeed, they clearly need more help.
and its kind of ironic too, considering back when they all launched, rocket racing was the one with the 2nd most amount of people, hundreds of thousands behind lego fortnite, while festival had the lowest of the 3 with a *NOTABLY* lower amount of people playing, and now it's effectively the opposite
@@shadowtheheadch0gI think it’s because festival is actually a good free rythm game option, while rocket racing and Lego fortnite are such popular genres that people already have the better pay to play versions 😭🙏
@@amazingmrpig6369eh nah somebody had leaked it would be like Mario kart with blowing people up and stuff😂😂😂 As a unreal player who has been unreal every season including current imma say this, the skill ceiling is insanely high which drives people away immediately There’s to many movement exploits that you are just deep fried the moment the race starts which is like the worse crap to deal with in a freaking racing game lmao It’s definitely possible to hit unreal but you will definitely need guides to do so and learn the exploits if you wanna hit unreal fast lol You can still hit unreal without exploits as I have every season it’s just gunna be an insane up hill battle
I don't feel like Hatsune Miku is out of nowhere To me it makes sense, since Hatsune Miku is Japanese voice synthesizer (Hatsune Miku is not ai) and it's Japanese chapter Hatsune Miku is also known for miku rhythm games (project diva series and project sekai) so her coming to festival fits I really hope we will get the song "the instense voice of hatsune miku" since it's popular hard song, and i could see it being a cool chart, suggest checking the song out But yeah, this is just my opinion and i hope they have done the collab well
@@DanRockProductionsi absolutely will This is the season i am most excited about I haven't played a lot of festival because there hasn't been a lot of songs i like (not bad songs, just not for me) so i am really happy And i am just big miku fan so this will be so much fun
Nah, she's out of nowhere and a last minute decision. It was supposed to be a Korean band called NewJeans, but they ended up in some legal headaches with their record labels, and got dropped last minute. That was when Miku popped up. I'm not against her, I hope she shakes things up for the game, but she definitely did come out of nowhere as a last minute replacement lol
@thenormal_one4578 how am I rage baiting 💀 everyone on twitter has said that miku doesnt deserve to be in the game, and ai, vocaloid, same thing, neither is a real person. Miku has no real talent lol.
I meant moreso that we've never had Vocaloid representation in FN yet (to my knowledge), so to give her a whole season was random. I'm excited for her season tho, I'm a big Miku fan
@DanRockProductions While I see what you mean, that could be said alot about other collabs. Plus, at least in my opinion, FN has dropped even more random stuff than miku. Like why was raven in the primal pass and such. Cause at least with miku as the oc said, we're in a season that deals with many different Japanese aspects , they've been teased a bit so it's not like it was just dropped out of the blue.
@@jayflare7580 fair enough, I just find it so strange that people are hung up on a single sentence from this 8 minute long video lol I'm excited for Miku to be in the game, I already bought her Festival Pass, I just thought, in my opinion, Miku came out of nowhere. A very pleasant surprise to be sure, but a surprise nonetheless lol
_😂😂_ The best part about fortnite, completely unpredictable, like Skbidi toilet (I don't know if that's how you spell it, I forgot how) though it was inevitable I feel like
Pro-Vocals and Pro-Drums being an option with the new local multiplayer would be such a cool addition. Would be great for casuals, longtime rhythm game fans, karaoke fans, everyone
I hope too. Even with local multiplayer coming to ps and Xbox in season 7 pro vocals and prop drums is totally needed so we won’t have 2 people playing actual instruments then your two other friends just holding controllers
@@DanRockProductions Pro Drums have been confirmed to come out, alongside with Instruments as Backblings or Pickaxes. I hope they come out the next season in two days.
The game is amazing but I think they need to shine more light on it. Some people believe it or not aren’t even aware it exists or that it’s a Guitar Hero / Rock Band successor. Even saying something like “from the creators of Rock Band” would be good enough to give people an idea of what this mode is.
The problem is that Festival wants to be in the rhythm game space, while making all the decisions that are antithetical to rhythm games. Instead of constantly raising the ceiling, we're lowering it for an entire season. Instead of incentivizing players to push themselves, they get rid of incentives to even play. Instead of looking at other rhythm games and doing what already works, they keep trying to push against the current just to be different, even though it clearly isn't working. Hatsune Miku's season is really gonna show whether Epic is gonna start treating Festival as an actual rhythm game, or if the entire mode is just an excuse to have music labels in the lobby screen
on a barely related note, i think i know what i'm going to absolutely WHALE OUT on this tuesday (i may or may not be absolutely addicted to everything hatsune miku)
Hopefully Year 2 brings Pro Drums and Pro Vocals. Their recent announcement of local multiplayer is very exciting and it looks to be one step closer to being a legit Rock Band game lol.
the thing that keeps me from really hoping is that they'd have to retroactively add them to EVERY song, and that leaves me uncertain cause.. well there's SO MANY SONGS
I think the local multiplayer announcement is a step in the right direction for what you're asking for. And Pro Drums/Vocals would also add ALOT more to the game variety. I think its only a matter of time till this game gets some really cool updates
I’m hoping for the disappearance of hatsune miku or the intense voice of hatsune miku, or just any cosmo song since he is my favorite vocaloid producer
Festival just needs a real shakeup to get some much needed attention and consistent players. I’ve been waiting for a solo jam stage where I can control all four instruments like Fuser or DropMix. That’s the main reason I’ve been collecting Jam Tracks tbh. I’m not sure if we’re ever going to get pro-vocals as that’s not been leaked yet unlike pro drums and some songs just straight up don’t have vocals such as Sandstorm or the Rocket Racing tracks. Unless if they just ignore those tracks, what would they replace a microphone with? Maybe they’re waiting to get that figured out so that they can release both pro-vocals and drums 🤷♂️. Lastly, I really hope we get new animations. The new ones for season 6 are pretty good and more realistic compared to season 1, so hopefully we get more of that to replace the old animations. The crowd animations also need to be completely revamped and have more variety.
Something they really need is a practice mode similar to beat saber where you can skip to a certain part of the song and play from there. I’m tired of having to go through 2-4 minutes of easy stuff just to get a single chance at nailing the solo.
Being a rocket racing player and enjoyer of rocksmith 2014 all I can say is feels bad,Festival guys got something to acknowledge it, we got nothing for the 1 year anniversary and rocksmith studio closed and pushed out a update that broke it.
I have a theory that since we didn’t get the Dr Dre and snoop songs as jam tracks like “next episode” for the snoop season is because there’s going to be a Dr Dre season soon👀
something that I want is just harder songs; im a big rhythm game player and trying to play fortnite festival after sweating trying to finish up hard songs on other games is just a bit lack luster
3:49 I hope you know you’re in the 0.000000000001% as someone who bought 1 song. I literally did not get off festival. (I had finals too) Also, despite what you say Festival is by farrrr Epics most favorite mini mode. Rocket Racing is 2000ft deep, Lego Fortnite is dead after every update. I would KILLL to get a CAR or a TRACK per week. Festival fans are spoiled to all hell. 3-5 songs per week is amazing and keeps the fans interested
as someone who hasnt played in quite a while but decided to come back, i feel like quite a lot was added that gives me hope over FF's longevity. Pro lead/bass, song rotation isnt weekly and there are more songs available, tons of great new, fun songs that arent piss easy. The change between last year and this year gives me hope that they're gonna keep heading in the right direction imo. Now I ofc wish it happened faster but oh well. Also my biggest complaint over FF still has not changed: I WANT MORE DIFFICULT SONGS. I don't own all the songs and so I have to rely on decently difficult songs to be in rotation and it feels like its usually only 1-3 actually fun to play songs so I heavily default to like the 3 songs I own that are fun to play. Its enough to get my fix but id be lying if i said i didnt want more
I honestly don't feel like it's been too bad, overall. Although I haven't played for a few seasons because I just didn't like the music they were adding, the Miku event so far has been great for me. I do understand the sentiment for charts though. Harmonix tends to have a habit of not alternating patterns and it shows. Not to mention a lot of the songs they get licensed are heavy on one instrument or another, but the majority of the songs are also just the popular ones. Nearly all songs that go viral on tiktok suck balls, and those are the ones they add. But overall, it's been a good experience. I'm glad to see Epic Games not abandon the mode like Save the World. New songs are getting added, the featured song list is getting longer, we're finally getting a ton of bangers and it doesn't look like it's stopping soon.
Love how I just saw this video and then realised again that they announced local multiplayer for ps and xbox which is amazing. Time to invite the boys over every day just I do hope the support for pro vocals and prop drums happen soon cause I don’t want half my friends playing actual instruments while the others can only play on controller And something else is coming this season is instruments as backblings and pickaxes which is amazing And battle stage is about to get 4 new modes
My biggest issue with it now is we still dont have a goddamned practice mode, ive been trying to jump from pro lead medium to hard and its been incredibly difficult for no apparent reason, the weekly song selections the last two seasons, (except for the last few weeks) has been boring for most of us on pro instruments, while i like those songs they’re just simply not fun or challenging to play on anything other than vocals
I want more animations depending on the song. The same 2-3 animations are getting so annoying to me I hate playing guitar on festival mode and my character violently throws their head in circles no matter what song or tempo it’s on 😭😭😭😭
One of my biggest longstanding problems with Festival is that there is really no reason to care about score chasing or playing the game competitively within the mode itself. Nobody who plays this game at a high level at all cares about trying for high scores on songs past the season they release in (unless they really like the song personally) because why even bother? You don't get anything to show for having a top score and the leaderboard is just gonna reset in 3 months again anyways. The only purpose the resets serve is to give an ego boost to whoever can play a season 1 2/7 difficulty bass chart within the first 30 minutes so they can brag about their "#1 world record" while being 20k under optimal. It feels like Battle Stage was *supposed* to be the big competitive mode for Festival but it's plagued with bad design choices that make it feel like the winner is decided by the person in 3rd place rather than any form of skill. In regards to charting - Rhythm Authors are definitely not giving up on the game, it's just that you can tell that the people there have very different philosophies on how charts for the game should be handled especially with the pad modes. We'll have an extremely fun chart like Night Dancer drums, an undercharted misstep like The Brave drums (pure orange red charting is a plague that I would really like them to stop doing) and then the incredibly strange decision that was Take On Me drums all in the same drop. So far I've really been liking the Season 7 charts but you'll still have the occasional moment of clearly hearing something in the song that you just do not play despite there being a ton of room in the chart for it.
So far I think the biggest festival issue is that we got Daisy 2.0 as a jam track instead of like literally any other Miku song. Could've had a real banger like Future Eve or Vampire but we got Shit From A Butt
I always thought the festival pass was more like a mini pass. Realizing its gone on for 7 seasons already is mind blowing I dont even remember who most of the stars were in those passes.
I'm so glad Season 7 is already going way better than Season 6. We got a better headliner that skyrocketed the player count, great charts, slight improvements to Battle Stage, a new hardest song in the game for the pro players to FC, and way more variety in song choices (with the surveys indicating even more variety). Battle Stage still needs a lot of work, but the new instrument playlists are a great start. If Harmonix keeps this up for the rest of the season, we could have a banger season in our hands.
For Battle Stage, I think the best way to handle it is to separate it into a casual and ranked format. While these new playlists are a good start, there's still a chance of playing a bad chart and being unable to swap to a better instrument. I've had these ideas for a while now: For casual, just enable shared songs in every instrument playlist, and the game becomes way more fun. For ranked, it'll be all instruments and use the featured rotation, but every round, 3 songs will appear with a random instrument attached to each. The song/chart with the most votes will be played that round (ties will be broken by random selection). Every round, the charts will get harder too. Round 1: 3/7 and above Round 2: 4/7 and above Round 3: 5/7 and above Final round: 6/7 and above. (Charts that are a 2/7 and under will not appear in ranked.) On top of that, adding rewards to ranked will encourage players to play battle stage more often and get better at the game. 4 free instruments and 4 jam tracks would be achievable upon ranking up, and a special instrument would be rewarded for reaching Unreal. All items outside of Unreal will be available in the shop after the season ends, and all jam tracks earned will be added to the ranked rotation upon reaching that rank. Bronze: Instrument Silver: A challenging jam track Gold: A difficult jam track Platinum: Instrument Diamond: A super difficult jam track on many instruments Elite: Instrument Champion: Instrument + one of the hardest jam tracks in the game Unreal: A special instrument of champions themed around the season headliner Other changes: - Attacks will no longer cut your score multiplier in half - Epic and Harmonix original tracks can now show up in the featured rotation
Rap and modern pop music just largely isn't suited for rhythm gameplay that's engaging The reason Guitar Hero and Rock Band worked so well is because the actual music was conducive to challenging and satisfying charts. The fact that vocals are the only thing remotely engaging thing to play on a lot of these tracks, while lead and bass are just a bunch of sustains, further proves this point
That's also a huge downside. Eventually, years from now, people are gonna be unable to access the jam tracks that they've paid for unless they add an offline mode
@@RenTheStranger There's not much you can do as that means Fortnite Festival wouldn't be able to work with Fortnite's Live Service Model as well as that Fortnite Festival is played through their servers. That would mean they would have to make a whole separate part of the game, which would take up a lot more storage. This could be annoying for players, who don't play Fortnite Festival.
Festival definitely needs to up their game on the other genre of songs cause we barely have any country. And some of the choices need to be a bit better in some regard cause some songs dont work for this type of mode Also quick question but what do ya think of the Red Hot Chili Pepper songs we got this week?
The thing they need the most is genre variety, practice mode, more professional and dedicated staff to be hired by epic so that the festival community can get good charts and fun songs. Other than that maybe ranked festival so everytime you play the game it felt more rewarding as your rank goes up by getting new songs whether it’s licensed or epic originals
1 big problem with the game modes is that they have unified the daily quest XP outside of Save the World. Whilst it allows everyone a fair chance to gain XP in the game modes they love, it ends up resulting in Battle Royale being the only game mode where it's worth doing daily quests, especially since Rocket Racing's quests take forever to do (and they wonder why that game mode died).
Personally with what they did during the chapter 2 remix and then on where those modes with passes you gain rewards with XP, it made me lose the incentive to play those modes. I liked the festival point back then because it made me want to play and earn them just so I could complete the pass. Now I could just find a map to XP farm and complete those passes in no time. That is my personal opinion. I do want them to go back to the festival points system rather than just get XP and it goes towards everything. Again the festival point gave me an incentive to play. Sure the festival quests can give me XP so I could level up and earn those rewards but then again, I could just go to the route of finding an XP farm map
I see what you mean but to me I still have a lot of fun on Fortnite festival, it’s also just very accessible to be honest. like I own guitar hero games on my Wii but they don’t work as well
I'm happy to see so many new people discover vocaloid through Festival at least. I've had a couple different people tell me they really like the majority of the Miku songs and wanna hear more
Not really related that much to the main topic (honestly, I kinda forgot about Festival's existence, ngl) but 4:33 Ironically, it's hard to forgot Concord because it gets brought up almost everywhere out of nowhere in random gaming conversations. Not in a good way obviously, but it somehow left a legacy. Great indie game? Better than Concord. Bad AAA game? Not as bad as Concord. Game companies losing money? Sony lost more with Concord. Transformers Reactivate getting cancelled after years and money spent in dev hell? Better than Concord (No it isn't. People at least got to play Concord for a short period.) Not a fan of the game (except the controller and the Secret Level episode) but I just find it funny
Festival has a weird difficulty problem where there's not enough engaging songs and charts and goes too much for a casual audience as they're afraid of going into an O2Jam problem where there will be a powercreep race of songs becoming more and more difficult. Songs and charts like Yuusha, I, Apple (Lead), Night Dancer (Drums), and even Magical Cure Love Shot (Lead) are what I expect a proper baseline for keyboard charting to be like since it's not too hard, but not mind-numbingly easy. A lot of songs are either too easy, charted awkwardly, or have most of the difficult charts locked behind longer songs by rhythm game standards, where having a session made up entirely of Metallica songs would be exhausting and demotivating if you can't fullcombo the songs in one set. Something I'd really love is a "master/legend difficulty" for keyboard like SC in DJMax or Legendaria in IIDX where the charts would be harder and more technical compared to the Expert keyboard/pad charts.
I've heard no one talk about this at all and maybe it's just a me thing, but I noticed midway through this festival season, the ability to use emotes during instrument breaks in songs was disabled. It seems to be this way on all consoles as I tried it on both Xbox and switch. Am I crazy? Is there a setting to fix this? Was this ever announced in patch notes or something?
I'm excited to be able to play together with my siblings in local co-op mode, something that other rhythm games don't allow. I'm really looking forward to it.
That's one of my favorite features of the later Guitar Hero and Rock Band games, it would be a great feature in Festival as well. I'm sick of seeing the gumball machine and unicorn every time lol
I commend them for trying many things and branching out, but they gotta realize that most people who play Fortnite don't care about any of these modes beyond playing it once just to try it out.
im gonna say something harsh, but im able to elaborate more and have a calm conversation and exchange of arguments if you are respectful im very sorry to say, but festival isn't made for you. it isnt made for people like the lore hero quartet. basically, if you expect this to be Rock Band 5, you will need to wait while Fortnite makes the "My First Rock Band" for everybody else as a company, who wants to get money, making things like pro tracks that only a small handful of players will be able to play thanks for the need for a plastic guitar are more of a bonus, they are focused on getting Joe Battle Royale to play the game, and someone like XxFret_DestroyerxX can be put on a secondary focus you shouldn't expect the game to always cater to rhythm veterans with "the hardest track avaliable on history" there are going to be easy tracks. because for Joe B. R., "oh my god, this song i used to love is in the game, let me play it" if this was a standalone game without the Fortnite branding, id be agreeing with everything you say. but unfortunately, we are talking about Fortnite.
Wow, this is one of the most respectful opinionated responses I've gotten in a long time. I really do appreciate you being respectful, even if I disagree. So first things first, thanks for having a level head, even if you weren't a fan of what I had to say. That genuinely does mean a lot to me. As a result, I'm going to attempt to be as cordial as possible in my response. I totally understand the standpoint of trying to get casuals into the game. The pad charts on Easy to Hard have been perfect for introducing newcomers, and at the end of the day, introducing newcomers into the 5-fret genre is **exactly** what I want to see come from Festival. The more people who play the game and enjoy it, the bigger of a thriving rhythm fanbase we will have, encompassing multiple generations of gamers. I also agree that the game NEEDS easier songs to keep causal/pad only players interested in the game, we're 100% on the same page there. There's an incredibly vocal part of the RB/GH fanbase that dislikes FN Festival specifically because of the lack of difficult heavy metal charts. I've personally been vocal about how much I appreciate they've been able to adapt some of the pop-pier songs into decent Pro-Lead/Bass charts, and at the end of the day, the old RB/GH games aren't going anywhere, so that side of the fanbase can still happily play them. Hell, Rock Band 4 is still being supported to this day! Here's where I disagree: Festival absolutely NEEDS to keep ALL of their audiences in mind here. While, yes, introducing newcomers is the right move overall, Festival indeed needs a hardcore playerbase that's willing to scorechase and compete at levels they're comfortable with. Yes, that includes on difficult, Pro-Lead/Bass charts. To put it simply, Festival has HELLA competition out there, especially in the free-to-play rhythm gaming scene. If you're playing on PC, which a decent chunk of Fest players are, there's Clone Hero, World Tour Definitive, YARG, and countless emulated options such as GH2DX, Rock Band 2 and 3 DX, Rock Band 4 DX, etc. Technically, Harmonix owns the patent on the rhythm highway that all of these fan projects are using, but Harmonix aren't the type to DMCA others, as the entire identity of Guitar Hero itself was ripped off from a Konami arcade game to begin with. If Epic doesn't do anything to keep the hardcore audience interested in Festival, the fanbase will simply go elsewhere, which would set up the chain reaction of people discovering the genre through Fest, then just... leaving to play Clone Hero or YARG. That's not good for sustainability in a playerbase. The hardcore crowd, like me, are also the ones that spend the most amount of money on the game. I've bought every single Festival Pass, barring Karol G's, and own probably over 1/3rd of the Jam Tracks in the game. The casuals who are just dipping their toes into the water to test the genre aren't typically going to spend money like that right out the gate for a mode they're unsure of. At the end of the day, Epic needed to do more for the anniversary, as while the newcomers certainly ate well, the numbers for the hardcore audience likely plummeted after they realized they weren't getting any goodies for staying loyal. Again, thank you for being chill in your response. I hope mine didn't come off like I was being a jerk. I'm just really passionate about this genre, and I wanna see Festival become the best it can be, for everyone!
@@DanRockProductions thanks for also being respectful. I actually thought your first lines were sarcastic because, since English is not my first language, I thought that I may have offended you with something that I couldn't grasp (it's currently midnight 30 here), but closer to the end I saw you were honest. as for a "Joe Battle Royale" myself, I tried dipping into the other f2p/emulated alternatives. what do they fail, at least, partially by the community, it's that charts are not made for gamepad (as someone who uses the standard controller layout on festival, which has been pretty comfortable and nice to play), they are rather expected to be player or on keyboard or on a Riffmaster* whenever I see notes coming in the same time on the first and second lanes, I cry, knowing that my dpad can't go both sides at the same time. besides that, they usually expect you to know how to strum, which I don't. luckily, tap mode exists on the main 2 I tested (YARG and Clone Hero) I would have leaned more into your side of "there are more options" if playing the fan versions was a nice experience for me. since it isn't, I used my egocentric view of "no way casuals are going to drop festival to play something that isn't balanced for them" I can totally see your point in regards for "less veterans, less overall marketing for the mode, less casuals", and I do agree that veterans shouldn't be forgotten. one of the not sent versions for the comment actually were a bit more harsh on the veterans side, but I decided to tone it down since i wanted to be respectful. I think Fortnite is polishing stuff in the background to bring this side of the community better. one of the devs for the new local multiplayer mode said that they have been working on it for over 6 months, so I'm pretty sure they know their audience and what they want, just that they are radio silent about it. they could say something like "we are working on pro drums and practice mode! stay tuned for more details" and the crowd would cheer a lot (lemme reread your comment before finalizing it)
Thank you again for being so kind in your response! Before I bought my NEO S, I used to use the tap modifier and gamepad controls on Clone Hero and YARG. If you wanna give them another shot, try mapping "Up" on the d-pad to "Red Fret." This allows you to hit both red and green at the same time :) So: Left = Green Up = Red X/Square = Yellow Y/Triangle = Blue and finally, B/Circle = Orange This control scheme won't work for EVERY song, sadly, but for lower difficulty songs that use chords, it'll do the trick! I've heard whispers of a pad mode potentially coming to one of these games, but I'm not certain yet sadly
@@DanRockProductions this is actually very simple and yet I haven't really thought about it lol I think I may retry with this configs later (if I do remember lol) I usually also have some stuff with the 3/4/5th lines, but I just injected in my mind that "you will have to use your full thumb. that or go to the shoulder buttons, which you're not used to" so I kinda went with the flow. just hope that charters don't mix things too hard lol
I wish we knew what was going on with Em's licensing thing. His concert premiered the game mode, he has emotes in the game, skins in the game, yet... zero Festival tracks
@@DanRockProductions the rumor currently is that the main reason he hasn't allowed the release of his jam tracks is cause eminem objects to the lipsyncing of his songs by people other than himself. even in guitar hero live you can't see the rapper character singing along
I've actually seen that rumor flying around, and it's really the only thing that makes sense. Such a strange stipulation to have, considering his voice is super iconic, so everyone would KNOW it's him, regardless of what skin is enunciating the lyrics
my wishlist is: verses mode: similar to funky friday on roblox I guess mid-season updates: ff seasons gets so boring after awhile and seasons don't add any new content apart from new songs, we need mid season updates, like maybe a new half of the music pass gets unlocked (similar to godzilla on the battlepass, gets unlocked mid season) or a redesign of the current stage, just to make it stay fresh! better animations and camera movement: some look goofy
Better animations, but overall MORE animations. I feel like I'm constantly seeing the singer perform the same dances over and over and over and over again
i think Miku fits the japanese theme of BR but also it’ll hopefully spice things up again for festival. Hopefully we get some J Rock along with the Miku songs as well. There’s definitely some songs of hers that’ll be challenging so i’m pretty excited tbh.
i donn't really care for fortnite festival but honestly i no longer hold any malice towards it specifically because it brought hatsune miku to fortnite. its sins aee forgiven..
Its gonna be hilarious if years from now we are gonna have people calling themselves Festival OGs Flexing the nanner jammer and the star aura oh my god😭 Doesnt have much to do with the video itself, but its a thought ive had since the free rewards/ auras havent returned
I just barely got the banana guitar on my acc, then I realized it was my friend's account I was doing since they were busy and I needed XP for them _😭😂_ I really do hope for another fruit themed instrument though!
Best enjoyment I get out of Festival is playing with a DDR pad as it's easily possible on Hard and under. Since those charts only use 4 lanes and no triple notes until expert, but lift notes are weird as you can't simply move your figures out of the way but you have to move your away from the pad. Vocals are the easiest to play using the least amount of lift notes and drums being the hardest needing a lot of double notes and lifts at the same time so you gotta jump way more. With the other two instruments being in the middle of those two for difficulty.
Snoop was always the kind of guy to do anything for a paycheck, but I didn't think he'd stoop that low for it. To add insult to injury, he had the exact opposite stance 8 years ago. Sad...
@ yeah that’s what really got me upset He literally said he would never. I swear. I’m sure he has more than enough money. That you can afford to turn down. Gigs. From people he doesn’t support although now he might I’m not sure I could’ve just been for the paycheque or more
>Adds more features to FN Festive battles >Adds local multiplayer with instruments >Adds an iconic internet character that perfectly fits with the theme of Festival >FN Festival remains a great way to gain quick XP to grind BP "Omg Epic is giving up"
This video was published two days before Battles got their update, before local multiplayer was implemented, and before Miku was even confirmed for Festival by Epic themselves lol The next season video will probably be a lot more positive
I really enjoe festival love getting on Thursday to see what somgs they added. But also i only have console so its the only way for me to play a rhythm game with songs i like. I just bought a guitar for it in December and been playing it more then ever now
I definitely think you're reading too deep into it ahaha. Maybe they are investing less money into it (we don't get animated trailers for new seasons anymore) but they just announced local multiplayer and seem to have made the music pass a staple, so its hard to say they gave up on it. I will say for me the fatigue comes from the song selection. I don't want to repeat the same thing as many others but its just true: pop, rap songs just aren't as fun to play as other genres like rock or metal. I always play new, fun songs but don't even open the game during boring weeks. That and the fact the game is just buried in the menu. Most of my friends do NOT know fortnite festival is a thing nor how to play it as in SELECT the mode. The lobby UI is just an absolute mess and a bigger problem than Epic realizes it is.
I'm shocked I've never talked about the Fest lobby, it really does suck. The UI isn't great and it hasn't visually changed much in between season. At least give us a different lobby for Battle Stage, you know?
Honestly I think I see you point about epic not caring but they aren’t giving up when they give up you will know just a look a rocket racing waiting 6 months for a update just to get like 5 new stages
I’m quite annoyed with how hard they dropped the ball with Snoop’s jam tracks. There’s only four of them, and three of those are just features. Gin n’ Juice, The Next Episode, Nuthin’ But A G Thang… if they weren’t willing to let a few expletives slide then why choose Snoop Dogg to headline the season? Even clean versions would be fine.
that's how most of the "headliners" are treated besides I think the weeknd, lady gaga and metallica. for the past few seasons the face of the season has barely gotten anything
im just wondering why they thought it was a good idea to give expert 5 lines instead of a sensible 6.. im good at 4k, fine at 6k, CANNOT play 5k, its actually so confusing
If you mean the 5 parallel frets, it's because the creators of this game mode were the same creators who made both Rock Band and Guitar Hero, so likely to make it seem familiar to veterans of those games
I have my thoughts for Year 1 of Festival, and it is pretty much solid... until the Karol G which is where things get bumpy. The placement from #1 to #6 are as followed for me; Metallica, Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, Karol G, Snoop Dogg and The Weeknd. Why did I placed The Weeknd at #6? Well, I was very much a newbie in Fortnite in Festival Season 1 and was more focused on BR than anything else. That sort of changed around late half. Metallica is AWESOME and I got to know and listen to HEAPS more of their songs (I only knew Enter Sandman prior to it). Lady Gaga and Billie Eilish, I love electronic, dance and pop + I have been Just Dance for well over 10 years now. Karol G and Snoop Dogg, yeah... I have issues about them and that is both of these seasons felt stretched and have quite a low Jam Tracks count from these artists. Looking at the Hatsune Miku season, we are um... we are up for another one of them and her season was originally going to be for NewJeans before they decided to hit the lawsuit on their label. Definitely missed opportunities there, but hey... we can play local multiplayer on it now. Would've loved to see Ievan Polkka, PoPiPo or Love Ward - that is the only ones I know of her due to Just Dance. I honestly hate how forced this new season will feel and BR has already gotten wild with Skibidi Toilet, Johnny Silverhand, Baymax and even Godzilla. My thoughts on the Snoop Dogg season, I dislike it. The low Jam Track count from him, and the season being more generic makes it feel like they made this season to pair with CSREMIX. The reason why it worked with Metallica was because it felt PERFECT with the theme of the BR season at the time and it only felt stretched at the end when we got Fall Guys maps here in Fortnite... that definitely flopped in trying to get those Fall Guys players to play Fortnite. Snoop Dogg as a season felt too generic and would've been better to give it to the artist that hasn't got ANY Jam Tracks that we got to play initially from the Big Bang, yes - Eminem. I know he's got like 4 character cosmetics and heaps of other goodies, but what is wrong with one additional one. The Epic employees really seem to like him just as equally as Marshmello. It would've also made the Platinum Event more interesting... but no, we got celebrated with recolours and 3 new songs, and I do not like The Weeknd's one. Dancing in the Flames, yeah I am torching his stage. If we had The Next Episode or Gin & Juice, I would place him a little bit higher than Karol G. If there's one thing I like about his season, it is definitely the ability to see the song title, artist and sections. The Music Pass, done in not even a week. What a weird transition from Event Pass to Season Pass format. There's nothing wrong with Snoop Dogg's music or himself, it is just that his season has done dirty that I would've just picked a different artist. Considering that his season started in the 1 month long CSREMIX... that is an overshadowed failure compare to Metallica. I hope that after Hatsune Miku, we get some good artists. Going from Rock to Latin Pop to Hip-Hop to now J-Pop is quite a genre clashing whiplash. I would LOVE to see Charli XCX, David Guetta, Calvin Harris, Katy Perry or even Taylor Swift. Of course, give them a SOLID Jam Tracks count.
Almost all of the expert lead tracks forgo clever or fun combos for a finger grinder. Every. Single. Time. This is why im lyrics all the way baybee (really wish i could use lore accurate Johnny Silverhand for barbie girl lead, but whatever i guess) (As a xbox controller player)
(maybe we can get more things then hip hop)
Festival fans get 6 seasons and call it dead meanwhile Rocket Racing is literally in the grave
and its kind of ironic too, considering back when they all launched, rocket racing was the one with the 2nd most amount of people, hundreds of thousands behind lego fortnite, while festival had the lowest of the 3 with a *NOTABLY* lower amount of people playing, and now it's effectively the opposite
@@shadowtheheadch0gI think it’s because festival is actually a good free rythm game option, while rocket racing and Lego fortnite are such popular genres that people already have the better pay to play versions 😭🙏
Rocket Racing only had three seasons, and its second season was literally given an extension.

You can still hit unreal without exploits as I have every season it’s just gunna be an insane up hill battle
I don't feel like Hatsune Miku is out of nowhere
To me it makes sense, since Hatsune Miku is Japanese voice synthesizer (Hatsune Miku is not ai) and it's Japanese chapter
Hatsune Miku is also known for miku rhythm games (project diva series and project sekai) so her coming to festival fits
I really hope we will get the song "the instense voice of hatsune miku" since it's popular hard song, and i could see it being a cool chart, suggest checking the song out
But yeah, this is just my opinion and i hope they have done the collab well
Oh I know! I'm a Miku fan, I certainly wasn't complaining about her season, and I'm gonna be buying her Festival Pass asap :D

No one speaks ill of the miku

7:34 miku isnt exactly out of nowhere,
1. we have japanese themed season and miku is well japanese
2. miku is a big fucking deal in rythm games
I meant moreso that we've never had Vocaloid representation in FN yet (to my knowledge), so to give her a whole season was random. I'm excited for her season tho, I'm a big Miku fan
@ well. think why didn’t we get any vocaloid content pre-miku in fortnite?😭 that’s kinda obvious
@DanRockProductions
While I see what you mean, that could be said alot about other collabs.

I seriously hope we get pro vocals someday. I miss being able to just plug a mic in and sing for a bit.

Whoa,
Hopefully Year 2 brings Pro Drums and Pro Vocals. Their recent announcement of local multiplayer is very exciting and it looks to be one step closer to being a legit Rock Band game lol.
Pro vocals we might have to do something similar to karaoke 😂
the thing that keeps me from really hoping is that they'd have to retroactively add them to EVERY song, and that leaves me uncertain cause.. well there's SO MANY SONGS
@@squiddutrue, almost 400 jam tracks, it seems very unlikely to be added.

I think the local multiplayer announcement is a step in the right direction for what you're asking for. And Pro Drums/Vocals would also add ALOT more to the game variety. I think its only a matter of time till this game gets some really cool updates
Fingers crossed for Pro-Drums. All they gotta do is flip a switch, all of the charts already have Pro-Drum data
I’m hoping for the disappearance of hatsune miku or the intense voice of hatsune miku, or just any cosmo song since he is my favorite vocaloid producer
Please no, I'm traumatized by playing this song on the PSP
@ That too, but I didn’t want my comment to be too long. There’s also so much other stuff I would suggest for the game.
We absolutely need a Fuser mode, that would be a really awesome use of jam tracks
they needa add the king of pop michael jackson in the festival pass + billie jean emote and the lean and many jam tracks
That would be legendary. I do know the Jackson estate is difficult to license from, but if any company can do it, it's Epic!
Yes that would be legendary after this theme is over because it's Japan theme
That would be amazing! Though I don't know if Epic could/would do it especially with the allegations of MJ, though I hope they do bring him.
Being a rocket racing player and enjoyer of rocksmith 2014 all I can say is feels bad,Festival guys got something to acknowledge it, we got nothing for the 1 year anniversary and rocksmith studio closed and pushed out a update that broke it.
My condolences about Rocksmith :(
That game deserved so much better
RR was left in the dirt even further than Festival
I have a theory that since we didn’t get the Dr Dre and snoop songs as jam tracks like “next episode” for the snoop season is because there’s going to be a Dr Dre season soon👀
I really hope this game mode doesn’t die, I remember being so happy playing the beginning of the 1st season
I feel like for a first anniversary for festival should've had some type of ticket that could give someone a jam track for free, and just once a year
Watching this video makes me kinda realise how dry Fortnite festival is
We really do need a shakeup
We need a community poll to shake up the music genre for when new tracks get added, we don't need anymore Imagine Dragons, Linkin Park or Sum 41

3:49 I hope you know you’re in the 0.000000000001% as someone who bought 1 song. I literally did not get off festival. (I had finals too)
Also, despite what you say Festival is by farrrr Epics most favorite mini mode.
Time to invite the boys over every day just I do hope the support for pro vocals and prop drums happen soon cause I don’t want half my friends playing actual instruments while the others can only play on controller
And something else is coming this season is instruments as backblings and pickaxes which is amazing
And battle stage is about to get 4 new modes
My biggest issue with it now is we still dont have a goddamned practice mode, ive been trying to jump from pro lead medium to hard and its been incredibly difficult for no apparent reason, the weekly song selections the last two seasons, (except for the last few weeks) has been boring for most of us on pro instruments, while i like those songs they’re just simply not fun or challenging to play on anything other than vocals
I want more animations depending on the song. The same 2-3 animations are getting so annoying to me I hate playing guitar on festival mode and my character violently throws their head in circles no matter what song or tempo it’s on 😭😭😭😭
Hatsune Miku : “Hold my leek” 🎸
>last festival is a top rapper
>current festival is hatsune fuckin miku
"Is festival le bad?"
It's not! I just want it to be the best it possibly can be
One of my biggest longstanding problems with Festival is that there is really no reason to care about score chasing or playing the game competitively within the mode itself.
I don't hate the song as much as others do, but I will say that I really wish we got the Set it Off Miku collab instead. Why Do I is such a banger imo
I hope they add the ability to see your band members highways / notes in an update.
I always thought the festival pass was more like a mini pass. Realizing its gone on for 7 seasons already is mind blowing I dont even remember who most of the stars were in those passes.
Time flies! The Weeknd, Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, Metallica, Karol G, Snoop Dogg and finally Miku is #7 :)
@@DanRockProductions Yeah half of those I dont even remember happening. I didnt know people actually took Fortnite Festival seriously.
Finally someone doing fortnite content witha nice soothing voice thank you!
Very kind of you to say, thank you!
I've had these ideas for a while now:
For casual, just enable shared songs in every instrument playlist, and the game becomes way more fun.
For ranked, it'll be all instruments and use the featured rotation, but every round, 3 songs will appear with a random instrument attached to each. The song/chart with the most votes will be played that round (ties will be broken by random selection). Every round, the charts will get harder too.
Round 1: 3/7 and above
Round 2: 4/7 and above
Round 3: 5/7 and above
Final round: 6/7 and above.
(Charts that are a 2/7 and under will not appear in ranked.)
On top of that, adding rewards to ranked will encourage players to play battle stage more often and get better at the game. 4 free instruments and 4 jam tracks would be achievable upon ranking up, and a special instrument would be rewarded for reaching Unreal. All items outside of Unreal will be available in the shop after the season ends, and all jam tracks earned will be added to the ranked rotation upon reaching that rank.
Bronze: Instrument
Silver: A challenging jam track
Gold: A difficult jam track
Platinum: Instrument
Diamond: A super difficult jam track on many instruments
Elite: Instrument
Champion: Instrument + one of the hardest jam tracks in the game
Unreal: A special instrument of champions themed around the season headliner
Other changes:
- Attacks will no longer cut your score multiplier in half
- Epic and Harmonix original tracks can now show up in the featured rotation
i was really hoping they would bring back the original rock band dlc mixes for snoops songs before the launch
Rap and modern pop music just largely isn't suited for rhythm gameplay that's engaging
The reason Guitar Hero and Rock Band worked so well is because the actual music was conducive to challenging and satisfying charts. The fact that vocals are the only thing remotely engaging thing to play on a lot of these tracks, while lead and bass are just a bunch of sustains, further proves this point
Real Talk thou it's wild to me how we are one year into festival yet there still isn't a offline mode. To me that seems like the easiest addition.
That's also a huge downside. Eventually, years from now, people are gonna be unable to access the jam tracks that they've paid for unless they add an offline mode
@@DanRockProductions Facts not only that, a game like this shouldn't just be a strictly online game. Make no sense
And some of the choices need to be a bit better in some regard cause some songs dont work for this type of mode
Also quick question but what do ya think of the Red Hot Chili Pepper songs we got this week?
Bangers! Hopefully we get some more, would love Dani California as a RB1 throwback
I hate country. But thinking about it from a casual perspective, country songs would probably work really well
I hope The Kagamine Twins are in the Item Shop.
It's only miku 😔
@berryweary it's possible to see them, especially if epic games collabed with crypton future media, who also made the kagamine twins
@@mondobutter45 hopefully they do a part 2 of the collabs with the other crypton loids
If Epic adds a NWA Theme season, im buying everything in a heartbeat
1 big problem with the game modes is that they have unified the daily quest XP outside of Save the World. Whilst it allows everyone a fair chance to gain XP in the game modes they love, it ends up resulting in Battle Royale being the only game mode where it's worth doing daily quests, especially since Rocket Racing's quests take forever to do (and they wonder why that game mode died).
it's alright. could be better. they're taking baby steps with its updates, and song selection in releases. but it's alright.
and yes, Jam Stage is the dead portion of Festival. dunno what else to think about that mode lol
Festival and Lego should be their own games
I see what you mean but to me I still have a lot of fun on Fortnite festival, it’s also just very accessible to be honest. like I own guitar hero games on my Wii but they don’t work as well
At the end of the day, that's what matters. I'm glad you're having fun with the genre!
The hate towards miku from the Fortnite community is laughable truly an ungrateful bunch.
I'm happy to see so many new people discover vocaloid through Festival at least. I've had a couple different people tell me they really like the majority of the Miku songs and wanna hear more
Not really related that much to the main topic (honestly, I kinda forgot about Festival's existence, ngl) but
4:33 Ironically, it's hard to forgot Concord because it gets brought up almost everywhere out of nowhere in random gaming conversations.
I hope they add more nirvana songs
Gimme the Bleach version of About A Girl pls Harmonix lol
Something I'd really love is a "master/legend difficulty" for keyboard like SC in DJMax or Legendaria in IIDX where the charts would be harder and more technical compared to the Expert keyboard/pad charts.
i love all your videos but this one was amazing man keep it up .
Much appreciated, thanks for watching :D
Yooooooo you’re goated for using sa2 music, white jungle one of my fave tracks in the game
Love SA2!
Question is there anyway to recreate the events in Fortnite or no
When I play festival solo I just wish I could pick my AI bandmates, I know it's picky but it's just something I would like
That's one of my favorite features of the later Guitar Hero and Rock Band games, it would be a great feature in Festival as well. I'm sick of seeing the gumball machine and unicorn every time lol

I really just wish there were more free jam tracks & for them to just cut the price of them in half. $5 for one song is kind of outrageous.
im gonna say something harsh, but im able to elaborate more and have a calm conversation and exchange of arguments if you are respectful
im very sorry to say, but festival isn't made for you. it isnt made for people like the lore hero quartet. basically, if you expect this to be Rock Band 5, you will need to wait while Fortnite makes the "My First Rock Band" for everybody else
as a company, who wants to get money, making things like pro tracks that only a small handful of players will be able to play thanks for the need for a plastic guitar are more of a bonus, they are focused on getting Joe Battle Royale to play the game, and someone like XxFret_DestroyerxX can be put on a secondary focus
you shouldn't expect the game to always cater to rhythm veterans with "the hardest track avaliable on history"
there are going to be easy tracks. because for Joe B. R., "oh my god, this song i used to love is in the game, let me play it"
if this was a standalone game without the Fortnite branding, id be agreeing with everything you say. but unfortunately, we are talking about Fortnite.
You spitting facts
Here's where I disagree:
Festival absolutely NEEDS to keep ALL of their audiences in mind here.
I actually thought your first lines were sarcastic because, since English is not my first language, I thought that I may have offended you with something that I couldn't grasp (it's currently midnight 30 here), but closer to the end I saw you were honest.
as for a "Joe Battle Royale" myself, I tried dipping into the other f2p/emulated alternatives. what do they fail, at least, partially by the community, it's that charts are not made for gamepad (as someone who uses the standard controller layout on festival, which has been pretty comfortable and nice to play), they are rather expected to be player or on keyboard or on a Riffmaster* whenever I see notes coming in the same time on the first and second lanes, I cry, knowing that my dpad can't go both sides at the same time.
besides that, they usually expect you to know how to strum, which I don't. luckily, tap mode exists on the main 2 I tested (YARG and Clone Hero)
I would have leaned more into your side of "there are more options" if playing the fan versions was a nice experience for me. since it isn't, I used my egocentric view of "no way casuals are going to drop festival to play something that isn't balanced for them"
I can totally see your point in regards for "less veterans, less overall marketing for the mode, less casuals", and I do agree that veterans shouldn't be forgotten.
one of the not sent versions for the comment actually were a bit more harsh on the veterans side, but I decided to tone it down since i wanted to be respectful.
I think Fortnite is polishing stuff in the background to bring this side of the community better. one of the devs for the new local multiplayer mode said that they have been working on it for over 6 months, so I'm pretty sure they know their audience and what they want, just that they are radio silent about it. they could say something like "we are working on pro drums and practice mode! stay tuned for more details" and the crowd would cheer a lot
(lemme reread your comment before finalizing it)
Thank you again for being so kind in your response!
Before I bought my NEO S, I used to use the tap modifier and gamepad controls on Clone Hero and YARG. If you wanna give them another shot, try mapping "Up" on the d-pad to "Red Fret." This allows you to hit both red and green at the same time :)
So:
Left = Green
Up = Red
X/Square = Yellow
Y/Triangle = Blue
and finally, B/Circle = Orange
This control scheme won't work for EVERY song, sadly, but for lower difficulty songs that use chords, it'll do the trick!
I've heard whispers of a pad mode potentially coming to one of these games, but I'm not certain yet sadly
@@DanRockProductions this is actually very simple and yet I haven't really thought about it lol
I think I may retry with this configs later (if I do remember lol)
I usually also have some stuff with the 3/4/5th lines, but I just injected in my mind that "you will have to use your full thumb. that or go to the shoulder buttons, which you're not used to" so I kinda went with the flow. just hope that charters don't mix things too hard lol
Part of me thinks they wanted to do a lot more with snoop but some of his collaborators like Eminem or dre entirely objected to licensing
Such a strange stipulation to have, considering his voice is super iconic, so everyone would KNOW it's him, regardless of what skin is enunciating the lyrics
my wishlist is:
verses mode: similar to funky friday on roblox I guess
mid-season updates: ff seasons gets so boring after awhile and seasons don't add any new content apart from new songs, we need mid season updates, like maybe a new half of the music pass gets unlocked (similar to godzilla on the battlepass, gets unlocked mid season) or a redesign of the current stage, just to make it stay fresh!
better animations and camera movement: some look goofy
Better animations, but overall MORE animations. I feel like I'm constantly seeing the singer perform the same dances over and over and over and over again
We didn't even get the Return of Tidy! Which makes the Tidy Boogie Bomb & Dogghouse Sledge with a Mixture of Tidy Teasing thing Pointless.
4:15 ok whale
i think Miku fits the japanese theme of BR but also it’ll hopefully spice things up again for festival. Hopefully we get some J Rock along with the Miku songs as well. There’s definitely some songs of hers that’ll be challenging so i’m pretty excited tbh.
Crossing my fingers for Babymetal
i donn't really care for fortnite festival but honestly i no longer hold any malice towards it specifically because it brought hatsune miku to fortnite. its sins aee forgiven..
Its gonna be hilarious if years from now we are gonna have people calling themselves Festival OGs Flexing the nanner jammer and the star aura oh my god😭
Doesnt have much to do with the video itself, but its a thought ive had since the free rewards/ auras havent returned
I just barely got the banana guitar on my acc, then I realized it was my friend's account I was doing since they were busy and I needed XP for them _😭😂_ I really do hope for another fruit themed instrument though!
That's a really funny thought lol
Local multiplayer announcement
I saw, that's huge
@@DanRockProductions you could say massive....
I think it's still has life in it it gets a lot of updates and a good bit of players i just want them to do more with it
Least we're not paying it for it now (if you have the crew) I mainly only claimed it for songs anyways
Bro, Fortnite were collabing with New Jeans but some legal stuff happened with their distributor so they had less time for the next season's icon skin
I did hear that rumor, I do like Miku as an icon though! Her songs have been charted super well so far
yes epic is giving up, theyve not added radiohead
Best enjoyment I get out of Festival is playing with a DDR pad as it's easily possible on Hard and under. Since those charts only use 4 lanes and no triple notes until expert, but lift notes are weird as you can't simply move your figures out of the way but you have to move your away from the pad. Vocals are the easiest to play using the least amount of lift notes and drums being the hardest needing a lot of double notes and lifts at the same time so you gotta jump way more. With the other two instruments being in the middle of those two for difficulty.
That's a really interesting way to play! Glad to hear you're enjoying it on dance pad :)
cool, but seriously when are they adding mario judah
The battle stage is getting a update soon
Well there goes my respect for snoop if you know, you know
Snoop was always the kind of guy to do anything for a paycheck, but I didn't think he'd stoop that low for it. To add insult to injury, he had the exact opposite stance 8 years ago. Sad...
@ yeah that’s what really got me upset He literally said he would never. I swear. I’m sure he has more than enough money. That you can afford to turn down. Gigs. From people he doesn’t support although now he might I’m not sure I could’ve just been for the paycheque or more
Hopefully talented mice are the next season star after hatsune miku
Pro Lead player discrimination is how I describe this game
>Adds more features to FN Festive battles
>Adds local multiplayer with instruments
>Adds an iconic internet character that perfectly fits with the theme of Festival
>FN Festival remains a great way to gain quick XP to grind BP
"Omg Epic is giving up"
This video was published two days before Battles got their update, before local multiplayer was implemented, and before Miku was even confirmed for Festival by Epic themselves lol
The next season video will probably be a lot more positive
I just want my Weezer festival pass bro
Oh my god that'd be incredible lol
Pinkerton definitely deserves to be represented in Festival
Meanwhile Rocket Racing: ☠️
A solid new update.
@@Rhyciz The lack of rap this season in general was strange, but we def needed more Snoop
that's how most of the "headliners" are treated besides I think the weeknd, lady gaga and metallica. for the past few seasons the face of the season has barely gotten anything
@pixxelz2893 it's very unfortunate
Fr snoop needs to stream in fortnite mainly in festival like IMAGINE snoop squared
im just wondering why they thought it was a good idea to give expert 5 lines instead of a sensible 6.. im good at 4k, fine at 6k, CANNOT play 5k, its actually so confusing
How will the miku season be forced? It fits the theme of the br season
its like who cares about the leaderboards if
the game isnt getting updated the way it should be...
Almost all of the expert lead tracks forgo clever or fun combos for a finger grinder. Every. Single. Time. This is why im lyrics all the way baybee (really wish i could use lore accurate Johnny Silverhand for barbie girl lead, but whatever i guess)
(As a xbox controller player)
The only problem is the songs they add. There needs to be more challenging songs and they should also add more game modes
