So just for a future videos I’m usually pretty positive and I want to thank you so much for this video and so much explaining because now I don’t have any questions but at the same time please don’t take this wrong but I just felt like you were hired somebody to do the heavy work and then you just gotten their way the whole time and talked and told them how did her jobs the whole time they were so frustrated and trying to communicate amongst themselves about what they should do well you’re telling them what to do getting your hands and camera and everything else in the way while they’re trying to hand tools over I guess that’s my biggest advice if you’ll take it as advice, just to kind of let the guys do their work talk if you want to talk explain things then stay out of the way

I can promise you from the bottom of my heart I don’t mean this in a bad way just think about it and maybe what process through your head but what you’re doing is exactly the reason why people that install things and move things for people weather there being paid by you or by a company they hear that the owner or the customer is going to be there and they sigh every time because they’re always like this always in the way even if you ask questions whatever not a big deal you just purchase some thing you need to know answers, I get that they should understand that but to constantly be in their way the whole time literally in their way they couldn’t even turn around they were trying to walk back-and-forth and I had to squeeze by each other because you literally wouldn’t even move

Does the water need to have pressure to be able to go into the fridge? I have this fridge but I did not know it had a water dispenser and also, where I'm from we don't drink tap water but bottled water only, how can I use this water dispenser with a bottle?
You may need to hook up a filter system before it runs into your refrigerator if you want to drink cold water or make ice cubes
Step one: get a dumpster.
Step two: put the Samsung fridge into it.
Optional: wait two years with it not working and pay a $700 service contract for parts they won't have in stock.
True Samsung has a lot of problems. My father-in-law’s icemaker broke and they would not fix it. So far this one’s work pretty good though, so we got lucky.

Without water you can’t have ice But I think you could install it anywhere just at function won’t work thanks for watching

It didn’t take long for it to get cool took about an hour to set everything up
What size of Allen wrench are you using for handles?
I’m not quite sure but I do have a set of Allen wrenches that are all sizes and I always bring good luck thanks for watching

I got same fridge water is hooked up too it, I got ice symbol flashing red and sometimes it’s solid is it just a hook water up and turn ice machine on or do I have to do anything else.
You definitely have to have your waterline attached and then you’ve got to make sure that the waterline is open that means the valve is parallel with the waterline that means the water is flowing to the unit then you should be able to get water and ice good luck thanks for watching

Did you buy the water line with the refrigerator? I'm about to order a Samsung, long story, but Sears is having to give me my money back for a Kenmore. When I ordered the crappy refrigerator online, it prompted me to order the water line. As I'm looking at the new Samsung in my cart online, it doesn't tell me what water line I need. Are they universal? Would the Kenmore fit on the Samsung?
I think so I just used the new waterline from refrigerator to the valve it was only a couple of feet away but if old one reaches I guess u could use it new ones cleaner

Do you know the actual height of the frig? I’m ordering one and my built in cabinets are 69 1/2 inches high. Website says height of fridge is 68.88 and then says height is 70 inches I’m confused. Please help!
They have feet at the bottom that can be adjusted to lower or raise them to level them out so they’re probably giving you the top number just to make sure that you have enough room but 70 inches would seem about right

This is my job, but imagine having to take the doors off the fridge, all 3, the front door of the house, just to squeeze bring it inside. Put the doors back on. Connect it. And try to slide it in place and it doesn’t fit underneath the cabinets above the fridges designated spot. So the customer then doesn’t want it so you have to take the doors back off! And bring it back inside the truck juzt to put the fridge doors back on. Not to mention before any of that you gotta take apart the old fridge to get it out as well. And since they didn’t want it anymore you have to put there doors back as well! Yeah imagine that

Looking at this fridge, but there are some horrible reviews for the condenser freezing up and water collecting under the crisper drawers. Have you experienced either one of these since you have had the fridge?

We have one underneath our sink that hooks on to the line that goes to the refrigerator but I think your refrigerator has a filter on it somewhere I have to look and check it out and I’ll let you know

I think I have a video on how to install the water filter I believe on a whirlpool but I think they’re pretty much the same they’re down at the bottom and you have to twist them to get them in good luck thanks for watching
@@TomLeeman Thanks, but it is supposed to be 'external' somewhere in the back. I pulled the fridge out and I see nothing. I'm suspicious the previous owner never put a filter on. (It would be for ice only). No caps present to loosen, just a metal plate that is screwed on - which doesn't go along with it being external. Thanks though! I can always go into a service/appliance store as well to check with them.
Just purchased a similar model and on mine the 10 year warranty is only for the compressor, the rest is one year
Yeah they don’t give you very much on the whole refrigerator but it should last
Only bad thing about our samsung fridge as with alot of people is their ice maker. The ice maker is in the fridge portion and over time something happens with a seal or something and the ice just cant stay cold enough. They know this was a problem we had the ice maker replaced/fixed 4 times and they would not give us a new fridge. Apparently they have corrected the problem but still pretty crappy
My father-in-law had a problem with his icemaker too and I think there’s a class action lawsuit against Samsung. Good luck. Thanks for watching.

it comes without the doors on it so it measures a little smaller barely fit through a standard door

I got a RT18M samsung refrigerator and it just keeps on blinking the temperature lights and it doesn't cool at all.
May have bad motherboard sounds like try unplugging and then plug back in to reset it
What it had was that they left it on demo mode and we had to reset it with pressing some buttons :)

I have heard that, and I think they say that in the directions, but as long as the refrigerator has been standing up and that lay down on its side should be good

My right door squeaks really loudly when you go to open it, and is lower than the left one. The videos say to put in a new clip to raise it, but I didn’t get any clips with it. HELP!
Get some silicon spray and spray it on the hinge should get rid of the squeak thanks for watching

What does it mean by 10 year warranty?
I guess they’ll fix it if it breaks within 10 years
The fridge has full coverage for 1 year. 5 years on the refridgeration system (compressor, coils dryer and the copper tubing) The 10-year sticker is a 10-year warranty on the compressor (labor on the compressor warranty is only covered on the 5-years)

Angela, I just got the same one today. My delivery guy said it wont start making ice until the unit is cold enough, he said it should start dropping ice in the late evening or the next day. This one is to replace my old garage fridge that died. I have this same one already in my kitchen in the new house I just bought, it's been close to a year already, been a great fridge so far, that's why I bought the second one as a replacement for my old one.

Tom Leeman when I open mine it says (from left to right) Ice off, power freeze, freezer the temp for the freezer then the temp for the fridge then fridge, power cook and E. Saver. I’m sure it’s something simple but I just can’t get it

Hello I have one of those and mine is not cooling from the top it keeps saying off from both sides

There is a button up top that turns the ice maker on open the doors and look up on the center you'll see ice maker button just turn it to on

I have the same type of fridge, and it's been working fine for a while now, but it now it's not letting me change the temperature. I click the fridge button to change it to 3 c and I change the freezer to 15 c, but then it goes back to 0 c on both. I've tried looking online, but nothings worked. Do you have suggestions?
Try unplugging it for 10 seconds than plug back in

WARNING...we just had this fridge delivered yesterday..went to roll it back into place..yes the leveling pads are ALL THE WAY up..wheels STILL don't touch the floor..!! Called Samsung 11 times...nothing.but gibberish from them. ( Turn the wheels up..uh..THEY ARE ALL THE WAY UP.!! ) Went to Lowes to complain..guy in appliances said well let's look..Walked over to.the floor model..I reach underneath and spin the wheels...guy was TOTALLY confused. He kept trying to turn the leveling pads higher,even with them all the way up,he then reached under and spun the wheels..hmmm...So I asked.." How do I get it to roll back into place if the wheels won't touch the floor.?" No answer but a look of confusion..."Well just slide it back"..Uh,on a newly installed 3500.00 vinyl floor And have those pads gouge our flooring??!?!?!? I asked him if Lowes will replace the flooring...no answer..JUNK..JUNK..JUNK..fridge is on its way back to Lowes..WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

I hate this fridge. Makes loud noises frosts up, often doesn't close all the way. I'm here trying to find out how to turn the damn thing back on. That's another reason to hate these fridges. Buy a different one people

I would avoid buying Samsung at all cost. Got myself refridgerator that makes sounds louder than my 21 year old refridgerator and customer service is simply terrible. They claim it is feature rather than bug and basicaly told me that they dont care at all about noise and my satisfaction. Feel free to UA-cam it and think is this device something uou want in your house
