@InstantAcres but I do love the property. Super rare features. Is it a high-crime area? You can see metal bars. Not sure if you guys did that to protect your investment.
Are there bears and wild cats around? Do the ponds overflow during heavy rain? On the map there is a depression behind thw cabin! What does that mean? Where is the road leaving thw property, Industry Road? Yoy can't see where the back lone of property ends on the map! Is the back of the property usable? Is it a mountain of dirt piled high or a mountain of rocks? I'm thinking possible land slide? So, are the other buildings in good condition? Are the land taxes paid up? Are there any land and mineral rights on the deed? Any restrictive rules about not being able to cut down trees, building or putting anything on property like RVs?
Wow. Looks like everything needs new roofs.
Some TLC is required for sure.
