  • when using lead bbs remember they are double the weight, the spring was made for pushing light bb's into the breach so you have have to load less lead bbs since that spring may be to weak to push all of them, also you may not be able to stage trigger with out bb rolling forward so pull trigger quickly with no staging. this is more fps then most bb pistols, lots of bb pistols are at 300 - 400 fps even at under a 25 shots, this one still has punch or over 425 fps at even after a few dozen shots of bb's, its also a budget pistol, internal bb magazine should give it a long life since you dont have to release a magazine constantly so less can go wrong with this pistol, down side is with most bb pistols wich is limited accuracy, also check you have good bb's, my experience is cheaper bb's like crosman copper have some defective bb's, stick with daisy, or even better avanti, or hornady black diamond on pyramid airs web site, even high quality bb's are cheap and affordable. not a perfect chart but my calculations of a bb in yardage for this pistol is 0 - 460 fps 10 - 391 fps 20 - 331 fps 30 - 278 fps 40 - 233 fps 50 - 194 fps and a 400 fps bb gun is 0 - 400 fps 10 - 338 fps 20 - 285 fps 30 - 239 fps 40 - 200 fps 50 - 166 fps and i think you need 275 fps for aluminum can, but i will edit later if i find minimum bb velocity to get through a can since its a common target. so you get possibly another ten yards of can plinking power if you can get it to be accurate, the groups with bb guns get big even with a pistol rest, getting bb guns accurate is still an engineers challenge with steel round shot, especially at longer ranges and i would like to see 2 inch groups at 25 yards, that would be nice for cans and small dixie drinking cups

IDEA: Since you archived the collected data, why not RETEST the same gun after say 2 or 3 years or determined amount of thousands of shots. INTERESTING TO COMPARE THE TWO DATA SETS,,, see if she held. Thanks just got one today. I had pine and mine can shoot below the surface so great just above 450FPS. Good fun shooter. Wonderful 415 Vid.,,, THANKS!

These sell so cheap it's good to buy a few of them....the price of a new one is so cheap that most don't have to gunsmith it....but if you do at least you have parts if you buy more then one....the power today is still the same....with every day use power my decrease over time....depends on how often you shoot...daily shooters should buy two of these

point blank range in this video shot into the pine, sticking in pine for bb pistols is the unofficial test for a good hard shooter

Looks like a great pistol. How do you compare this to beretta 92fs 177 by umerex which is getting rave reviews if a little pricey.

I would love to convert this to airsoft. Bore the barrel to 1/4 inch.. and mod the B.B. feed?

They have similar ones like these for air soft...better to buy a air soft version..would be difficult to convert to air soft

It did but co2 recovery time is needed...bbs have glare wich makes it hard to get readings or muzzle to close to chronograph can cause co2 fog many forget that about chronographs but i may do reading again to get shot numbers bar graph like i did with the gamo p-27

How in the world do you load this thing without dropping them all over the floor? I hate loading one BB at a time, and my hands are getting too OLD for this!! I LOVE the gun, though!

Hobby lobby has 1”by 2” mini zip lock bags that work absolutely amazing, fill the little bag almost full. Open it and bend it sideways. You can load 21 BB’s in about 5-8 seconds with a little practice. Plus they are great for holding 100-150 BB’s. I buy nothing but hornady Black Diamond ( best B.B.) in my opinion! I promise you won’t ever buy copperheads again once you try these. 1500 copperheads are $2.75 at my Walmart. 1500 hornady Black Diamonds are $4.99 and more than well worth the extra $$$! If you are looking for accuracy in a B.B., then it’s impossible to beat Hornady Black Diamond at Walmart or academy sports. You may find better BB’s online for a. Lot more $$$. But anybody that knows anything about shooting knows that Hornady is top of the line!

Thanks for the bag trick, happened to have lots in that size from Hobby City. I note the trick is gun angle and where your finger butts to the fill hole. Practice again I guess lol.
