Oh man!! Good game the offensive line was awful Feterick was abused all game. 2 pick 6's didnt help. The offensive was so good that year until Staley got hurt.
@@tannerplummer1996 That whole year Feterick got his butt handed to him whatever it was. Either the o-line sucked really bad or did purposely let him get hit because he took a beating that year and got him hurt in the bowl game vs Marshall.
@@dnuck318 That '99 team could've been really special if the OL was even mediocre. They were just awful. But if you look at the weapons on the team, that season was a missed opportunity. Feterik looked really good running the spread and he had Hooks, Pittman, Staley, Tahi, Ofa, etc. as playmakers. That should've been a much better season that it turned out to be.
Ya they started off very well until the Wyoming game when Staley got hurt and then became one dimensional because Fahu Tahi wasnt as dynamic as Staley. Thwt caused them to lose three straight games and ran Chow out of town.

Drew Nuckolls I heard the oline purposely let Feterik get hit. Because he had a cocky attitude and acted like the world owed him everything
